We hosted our wedding at Balistreri on June 4, 2022 and it was wonderful! The space worked out perfectly for our party of about 170 attendees. The staff was helpful leading up to our big day and executed perfectly during all the festivities. Would highly recommend Balistreri for your own event or just to visit for wine and delicious food!

We found a gem in the midst of a semi industrial area of Denver! Balistreri Vineyards is a treasure. The venue has modern vibe with as much tradition as you can envision. Using wine barrels with marble tops for a dessert station and the bride and groom’s sweetheart table kept with the winery vibe while the tables were set with white tablecloths and our chosen color of napkins. (We had sage green) The curved stairway is beautiful as an entrance for the bride and groom or any person(s) you are celebrating!The food (we chose an antipasti bar for cocktail hour followed by a simple buffet/taco bar for dinner) was delicious! The variety on the antipasti bar had something for everyone. The steak on the taco bar was tender and the chicken spiced just right!The staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. Mattie and Katy made our event memorable and easy.I highly recommend this venue! *****
I love this place and have been coming for nearly a decade. Great wines, wonderful food and the owners and their entire family are incredible.However, many of the people that work here can be rude and short. Every time I come in for a tasting paired with lunch or dinner we’re hurried out due to an event, but then no one takes our order and we have to go up and request our food multiple times. I’m finally saying this after many, many occasions of bringing friends and family - then being left very much disappointed.Again, you can’t beat the wines. The family is absolutely lovely to speak with. Just unfortunate the evolution from *fantastic* service and thoughtfulness >>>to an underwhelming dining experience.
Balistreri has been nothing short of great wine and customer service. I first came across this winery on a vacation visit to Colorado earlier this year and took a chance on the wine tasting they offered. This experience was amazing, as the wine flight was extensive and abundant, and a tour was spontaneously thrown in by the winemaker’s wife. I was instantly a fan of their wine and how they produced it (so naturally became a wine club member). There was a minor shipping miscommunication on the recent wine shipment, but Balistreri was exceptionally fast and understanding in response so it was quickly cleared up. I’m so thankful for everything that Balistreri has to offer and highly recommend it for anyone going to Denver!
My husband and I were on vacation in Colorado when we visited Balistreri for my birthday. The family and staff were so welcoming! We did the flight of wines with the artisan cheese and fruit board. Wow! So beautiful and delicious! Ended our stay with the blood orange chocolate tart! ? It is rich, so definitely big enough to share. Thank you for a perfect birthday!

Balistreri vineyards is amazing, my favorite place to visit in Colorado. The wine and food are fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re in Colorado you definitely need to give them a visit.
When I first started going to Balistreri back around 2017, I didn't know what kind of wine I liked. As is common for most people who are new to wine, your favorite red wine will probably be a blend. Over the years I have come to notice a big difference between natural wines and non-natural wines; most wineries produce non-natural wines.What I love about Balistreri's natural wines is that they prefer to present their wines as only by the flavor of the grapes alone without any additives. The grapes are fermented naturally by the wild yeast that live on the grape skins, and the barrels used for aging the wines are re-used year after year, minimizing the flavor of oak and maximizing the flavors of the wine.
