Best selection of all things alcohol in Denver, and second place is not even close behind. Argonaut has had the widest beer, whisky and wine selections at the best possible prices since I reached drinking age a long, long time ago. We'll go out of our way to come here even if passing a number of other liquor stores on the way, as we know we'll find what we're after every time at the best price in town. I frequent a couple neighborhood shops for routine purchases, but anytime quantity and quality of selection enter the equation, a trip here is locked in.
NO CALL NO SHOW NO BOOZEOutrageously bad service. Ordered over an hour before the same day delivery cutoff and fifteen minutes before midnight still no booze when same day delivery is "guaranteed" by 10pm. Not even a phone call to say they're running late and nobody answers after 10pm. Too many choices on the market to get screwed around like this on a holiday!
Walked by 2 liquor stores JUST TO GO TO THIS ONE! What a great store! They even let me bring my dog in with me (had him on a leash if course) and they have a great selection of just about anything, wine all the way to beer.Definitely stop in and check out their local selections of what ever your preference! ?
I live an hour away, so a trip to Argonaut is always a special event. With COVID and all, it's been longer than usual since my last trip, so I was especially eager for a visit. I especially look forward to slowly perusing their amazing liqueur section, inevitably finding what I need, finding what I want, and discovering something new and unique. But my visit this week was a bit of a letdown - liqueurs used to be in the front taking up multiple aisles. Now they're relegated to the back and it feels like the linear feet devoted to them has dropped by more than 50% in favor of a new snack aisle. Hey, Argonaut, I can get snacks at Safeway. Bring back your amazing and well-curated liqueur selection and I'll pump this up to 5 stars! :-)
Great atmosphere i felt like there was more then enough items to look at and people working there made sure i was taken care of and gave me even some good suggestions. It was a kid i. A candy store kinda of a experience
Best prices in Denver. Good selection of international wine (including Australian). Great rewards programme. Got the wrong flavour of 7up and they easily let me exchange it for the one I needed. Wife is gonna be happy tonight fellas
I was very pleased with delivery from Arturo, this past weekend. Arturo was very kind, helpful offering to carry my order up the elevator and has a pleasant personality. I have many choices in Denver and I'm happy to have this store in my area. The liquor is fairly priced and I enjoy browsing the other food products. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have the largest selection of alcohol nicely laid out and organized. They also sell some food items that you may want to complement your beverage choice, such as cheese and crackers with your wine, lemons and limes, and great gift ideas for any occasion.
Ammended General Manager called and corrected the situation and made everything right. This is the way to run a business by taking care of your customers.Went to look at the store picks and found 1 I wanted to purchase. It was priced at 29.99 on sale regular 39.99 and went to check out and it rang up at 59.99. The clerk went to confirm what the price was showing on the shelf, and it was showing 29.99. He asked a manager to do a price override, but they would not honor that price. Chances of me doing business again are very slim
