Great food and live music

I sincerely thank God for directing me to such a legitimate expert trader, called Mrs Peggy Abbott For her perfect and wonderful trading techniques, I invested with the little I was having, $1,500 and $10,000 profit in a short while, I highly recommend her to anyone who truly want to trade on Forex investment., she guided me through my registration and trade for me and my profits were paid-out successfully. You can contact her via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp +1(475)549-0175.

Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, medium rare steak was well done, sides were cold and sent them back, waiter seemed indifferent and not even remotely engaged or apologetic. Wasted $176.00 on a dinner for 2.

I work down the street and stopped in for lunch, I ordered the Caesar salad with added salmon and it was very well balanced. The Parmesan crisps add a good crunch, the traditional anchovies enhance the other flavors, and the salmon had a good crisp while being flaky and moist. Shoutout to my waitress Silver, she was very friendly and attentive and made my dining more pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice friendly Bar and good Atmosphere.Fish was good but the Fries were barely warm.I still recommend this place.

I sat at the bar and had the lobster roll, it was fantastic. As good as I have had in Maine! I enjoyed a beer along with it and the bartender Abigail was very knowledgeable about the beers and local information . It was the perfect eat alone on a business trip meal. I’ll be back!

A solid four stars.I had the chili goat salad which I loved. I finished it all off. The only downside was that there were little things like candy nut bits that fell to the bottom. I recommend adding them at the last minute on top so they don't sink while you toss the salad; that disrupted the balance of the flavors. For my main, I had the steak frites minus the frites. I substituted them with the sweet chili-glazed brussels sprouts. The steak was a perfect medium-rare and the blue cheese compound butter on top was excellent. I bet caramelized onions and blue cheese butter would have been even better. The brussels sprouts were charred heavily which made them less bitter by a long shot, but super beige and unattractive. Maybe the addition of color would have helped - pomegranate seeds, fresh greens, or radicchio? I didn't get much chili from the dish; maybe more would have been good? I ate them all, but later sort of wished I had stayed with the frites, assuming that they are nice and crispy.Charlie, the bartender, was somewhat attentive, but a little slow to approach me and offer to help. Sadly, my two drinks, a well manhattan with rye and the "black manhattan" on the menu, were not very appealing to me. Charlie's mixology skills might need a jump start to take things up a notch.

We were in Denver for a meeting and had a free night for dinner. We chose Appaloosa Bar & Grill and were not disappointed! I tried the Bison Steak with Sweet Potato Fries. Cooked perfectly! We were waited on by one of the partners - Adam Hill. He told us a little history of the restaurant and took great care of us. I chose the Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert! So yummy !! I would highly recommend this restaurant for someone looking for great food at a reasonable price with live music on certain nights. A++

I stumbled upon this restaurant after arriving in Denver jet lagged and dehydrated. I am so glad I settled on this venue. The owners love beef, beer and whiskey, and it shows in every aspect of what they do.I had a bison T-bone - heavenly - it tastes like beef that has been aged in beef extract, and I spent fully two minutes savoring the aroma of seared beef and charcoal before I tucked in. Apparently this is a collaboration with a local bison farmer -in my view it is a stunning success.Being from overseas I needed help choosing from the 24 beers available, and the staff were able to advise me as to what I wanted, with knowledge of what each of their selected beers was like. Finally, I sought advice on a good local whisky, and was not disappointed by the recommendation.Overall an awesome restaurant supported by engaged, enlightened and excellent staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Quaint and tasty, with a menu you would expect from a western themed restaurant (well it is Denver, isn't it?), And it's very nice. Staff is friendly and the service is quick.Happy hour snacks are very well priced, we had the baked goat cheese, which is good, and the child Verde cheese fries, which are great. Large portion for happy hour, no complaints there. We also had a wedge salad, and I'm not sure if it was the candied pork belly or the salad dressing but it was WAY too sweet overall and kind of cloying. Hard to mess up a salad but there you go.
