I’ve had the mazeman ramen and the tan tan ramen. The dry ramen is really not very spicy but the tan tan ramen has a kick. It’s not spicy by Asian standards though… the French apple martini is delicious ?
Pretty good Tonkatsu Ramen. Not the best Ramen I’ve had but by far the best service. I wish the ramen had more chilis in it and was spicier, however other than that it was pretty good. I really liked the ginger they used and the Ramen eggs were perfectly soft boiled. The pork was good too.
I had the veggie ramen and it was the best ramen I've had in Denver. Tofu is so soft it melts in your mouth. Broth is so flavorful, not overly salty. Staff is very attentive, restroom impeccable.
I bring my friends here for lunch all the time. Great top choices for ramen. Variety of broths including veggie, chicken, pork. Lots of rice bowl (donburi) options & a full bar. Staff is quick & friendly. You will get full here!
The Denver Metro Area has begun to offer some great Ramen options in the last 5-to seven years. Within this burgeoning food scene, Ajinoya is a standout. Modern, cozy and clean, located right on South Colorado Blvd. The food presentation is probably the best I've seen for Japanese in the Denver area. This is a spot that would equally serve a casual and hearty lunch with your roommate or date night dinner with your partner.Either way, I highly recommend you start with The Takoyaki, Shishito Peppers, or better yet, both. Both dishes are light, flavorful, fun to eat, and beautifully presented, all the qualities I look for in a great appetizer. When it comes to the Ramen, Ajinoya offers some pretty eclectic options. If you're a Ramen Traditionalist, all the usual suspects are here. Shoyu, Tonkotsu, Miso, Tonkotsu Shoyu are all available, and flavors and fixings are on point! However, if you're somehow tired of delicious traditional Ramen or you want to try something a little different, Ajinoya has you covered. Their Tomato Ramen is all the flavors and textures of an excellent Chicken Parmesan in soup form. It's at once delicious, simple, and unexpected. Please don't pass it up! Their Seafood Ramen comes in at a higher price tag, but it's worth it when you realize this isn't just a couple of fish cakes and some Surimi. This is a bowl filled with the bounty of the sea, fit for Ryūjin himself! The broths are all flavorful and unctuous, Noodles all have a nice chew, and the Chashu is Smoky, Tender, and juicy. This place also has a full bar and a solid Saki menu. Service is friendly and attentive. Please don't pass up this local Gem; chances are they have something on the menu you'll want to come back for at least once a week. I promise.
First time ever having Ramen that wasn’t from a packet, and I was pleasantly surprised! I asked for them to make it spicy, and I was glad I did.The fried chicken was super good too.We pulled up at 9, knowing they’d be closing at 10. Ate for an hour, and then one of the ladies asked us to leave at 10:10, so they could finish cleaning up. I wish we could’ve arrived earlier and stayed longer.
What a great place! Best vegetarian ramen I’ve had. Everything was delicious. It’s super cute inside and the staff was very nice. My daughter and I had a wonderful dinner. We will definitely be back. One of our new favorite restaurants.
This venue has amazing, and delicious Ramen. The gyoza was awesome as well.
My favorite ramen spot! Service is great, food is excellent. Try the spicy miso.
Get food and service! Waitstaff was knowledgeable regarding menu and made good suggestions. Food was excellent! Tables and spaced nicely for COVID.
