If you go to Adrift, you need to get a Chi-Chi and the Gochujang Pork Belly and then you need to do that over and over and over again
Loze the ambiance. Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday and was saddened the la ji zi chicken was no longer on the menu. Liked the appetizers (fries and shrimp) the bowl with jerk chicken was ok... rice was undercooked and the chicken had good flavor. The drinks are the highlight. Really cool place to have a unique experience night in Denver.
We have had multiple great experiences at Adrift. The staff is very friendly and engaging.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We had a reservation and waited about 15 minutes to be sat which I can understand. During this time we were able to order drinks on our phones which we did. We didn't get our drinks for about 30 minutes. The drinks were good. The food was OK, my cousins liked their bowl, but my jerk chicken was cold. No one checked on us. We ordered a second drink and after 30 minutes asked our server and she told us the bar never got the order. We then waited another 20 minutes for that drink and were offered complimentary shots. They only brought 2 for a party of 4 after offering shots for everyone. To be fair the second drink we ordered was a bowl and they lit it on fire which was fun. After this, we tried checking out and after another 20 minutes got our check. We then saw the complimentary shots were NOT complimentary. We waited for our server to come back and she never did. After 15 minutes we waved down another server who said our server left. Our old server literally bounced and didn't say anything to us. The new server said she would help remove the shots and she never came back either. Eventually we got up and waved down another server who somehow managed to immediately remove the shots and help us pay. I could not believe how terrible the service was. We will never go back!
Loved everything about this place! The ambiance is tiki-festive, the food was great--and the cocktails were tasty. Definitely recommend getting a reservation--there were a lot of people waiting outside for spots at the bar to become open.
Our waitress Chelsea was amazing super friendly.
Always great service from the moment we enter Adrift. There is an allergy in our group and the staff always takes that into consideration with what is ordered. The drinks are made with great rum and makes it very easy to order more than one.
Drinks seemed to be of less quality. Also less âpotentâ. Felt like the rums or juices/ingredients changedâ¦My server (dude with a black man bun) was high or pretty drunk and went to pat my gf on the head. Very weird and made us uncomfortable.
Excellent service, food and drinks!
Service was a little slow, but servers were otherwise good, and food, drink, and ambiance were excellent. No complaints; we'll be back ð¹
