First Mexican Restaurant that hands down reminds me of some of the best places I have visited in Mexico City!! The service was great! There is a reason this place is packed on a Sunday night on South Broadway. The mole is phenomenal! I am so happy we stumbled into this wonderful place. For the reviews that complain about wait times, you should just stop. Hand made with love. Yum! Enjoy fellow Denverites!
One of my favorite spots, it's all because of their Taco Tuesday deal!I have to be honest, I haven't tried most of their menu, I'm sure it's really delicious. I do know that they have a killer Taco Tuesday! 5 of their tacos are $2 all day as well as Lengua for $2.50!They have a massive tequila/mezcal selection that offers the opportunity for flights. The salsa flight and guac are also a must!One day I'll have a more full review, but don't skip this place on a Tuesday!
Simply delicious. If only I lived in Denver, I would be here all the time. The margarita was the best I've ever had, nothing compares. Now, I'm ruined for other margaritas.
At the insistence of my daughter, a trip that was beyond worth it. If I lived in Denver I would be a regular. Tremendous and ample food, pleasant staff, cool interior. They say the lights are always bright on Broadway!

Goodness, that was delicious! Taco Tuesdays during their happy hour is awesome. Fast service, cold beer, and fresh cocktails. Everything is great on the menu.
House margaritas were excellent and the food was so good! Extensive mescal selection. Staff was very friendly.

We were here for the first time. Arrived about 11:15am for lunch. Place almost empty however within the next 15 minutes it was completely filled. I had 3 tacos and companion had 2. Mine were the shrimp, chicken and vegetarian. All three were tasty. Friend liked hers also. Did ask to look at the full menu and there is a good assortment. Service was good. Downside was music playing loudly which interfered with just normal conversation. Did ask them to lower it just a bit. Waiter said they "liked to play it loud". They did lower it a bit. Loud does not make music good. People go out to eat and to socialize. When you have to almost shout it takes away from the overall experience. Restroom looked clean but had a very bad smell. Street parking. Giving it an average rating having had many experiences with street tacos. These are good but pretty much the same as in other restaurants I have eaten. Price at $2.00 is very good.
We decided to have an impromptu lunch and decided to try this one. Definitely did not disappoint.The chicken mole was everything I expected and more. So tender, so juicy. We also got the carne asada plate, equally juicy and tender. And this probably had the best tres leches cake we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Loved the Molcajete.I do wish they had a better selection of margaritas though! Hi
