Omg what a phenomenal experience. Our group of 5 was celebrating last night and just had the best time at a5 thanks to the staff. Our server Ross was so genuine, funny, and kind. He even sent the GM over to congratulate us. It was really special. The food was AMAZING. I think we had everything Ross recommended. He had such good knowledge of the menu and knew exactly how to guide us through the meal. Thank you!!!!
Amazing dining experience with Jeff. Food pairings and wine were flawless executed by our server Brian. Appetizers such as the collar of tuna and beef tartar, along with the mussels were amazing. A5 beef wagyu was well worth it, and we split the Caesar salad with homemade croutons with shaved fermented egg yolks. The 2 desserts deserve to be mentioned, as I am not a dessert person typically but have zero regrets. If you are in Denver colorado and are looking for a flawless experience, look no further. This really stands out!

i think we came on a slow night, maybe late on a sunday and it was a really cool vibewe were in town for the stanley cup finals and decided to hit up a few of the top spotsA5 was extremely good and our service was excellent, we had the shrimp cocktail, the mac and cheese side (which are those sticks), the kimchi fried rice and then shared a 30 oz steak and some dessertsour steak temperature came out perfect and we left denver thinking this was probably our best food experience throughout the weekoh i almost forgot the japanese milk bread, that is a must - please do not leave here without ordering it
Delicious!! Sat at the bar on Monday night and it was 10 out of 10. The staff was attentive, timed out our meal and made it a memorable experience. Good vibe too. I had Bee Knee's cocktail which was delicious! Mussels, Halibut & Mac & Cheese croquettes were all so good. And we also ordered the Caesar Salad which was the BEST CAESAR SALAD I have had in my life - the dressing was amazing. If the Chef wants to share the recipe .... :)
Very much enjoyed the artichoke and the chickpea fries as appetizers. The wedge salad is a work of art, and the Bavette Sirloin was very tasty. Our server was wonderful and the restaurant itself has a great vibe. All in all - very great meal!
Fantastic steak house and amazing service.First time trying the Delmonico steak cut and loved it. Had it Max style and loved it. Definitely get the uni aguagchile and the Mac n cheese fritters.

So great to see how A5 has revived the amazing space that was formerly Wazee Supper Club. And what a plus that their General Manager Heather is there, leading the way with a fantastic and attentive staff.We had the Crabby French Toast (unique and delicious), macaroni and cheese croquettes (sooo good), and the tenderloin- so tasty!
I rarely ask for a steak cooked rare out of fear of getting raw meat, but I took a risk here but it was worth it. They cooked me a perfectly rare sirloin and it was so tasty and juicy. They really know what they're doing and the alcohol on tap is always a really nice touch. This is a great evening place to come after a nice concert or event!
