Do not go here its horrible service i order 2 bacon cheese burgers an a hot dog an they told me to wait at nunber 1 parking lot only to sit there for 30 min an when i pulled up to the drive thru askin for my meal they had it sittin on the counter an had forgotten to bring my food out the food was not warm at all . the staff are unorganized an the manager does not do a good job making sure his or her staff are prepared. This place deserves a F- for service
11:45 am and doors were locked. Sign on door said mobile orders welcome. Tried to order via AW app and GrubHub and neither worked.Had I not been on a motorcycle, I would have gladly come through the drive through, but as you can imagine, drive throughs and motorcycles don't mix very well.
6 pm June 7th. The entire staff was rude to everyone in the place. (All 5 people) Should have known it was bad when the place was vacant.

6 employees standing around talking. Wasn't till was on phone with Google maps looking for another eats choice that someone actually came up to counter to ask for order. Was to frustrated to order what I wanted so went next door to Subway.
It was OK. The restaurant was still half closed off due to the pandemic that ended months ago. The price was pretty high for a regular sized hot dog with Chilli and cheese. Of course now a days everything is going up. Fries were good and hamburger was good, but high as well.
Haven’t seen a A&W in ages . Had to stop in and get a quick bite. Zesty fries, 10 pc CornDog Nuggets and a root beer …. $ 7.90. (In todays world this is a steal). Place was clean , quiet and people were friendly . If I were staying longer I’d be back
Worst service and quality. Only customer their took twenty minutes for the wrong burger with tomatoes with the cores still in them. I won't be back
I went in for a juicy hamburger and my burger was juicy. However I asked for macaroni and cheese instead of fries and they gave me both. I upgraded the drink to a root beer float and that was the most watered-down root beer I have ever tasted in my entire life! I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time so that really is sad that the order was wrong.
I was "parked" with nobody else in line. Manager on duty was exceptionally rude. Food was good, but service ruined the experience. Will not go back.
