I was just there to get the 2 for 12, the cashier was to preoccupied to hand me my card back after he ran it. Then had the nerve to ask for a payment. When I said I just handed you my card the manager I'm assuming comes to the window with an attitude "is there a problem here" rudely and in a very unprofessional manner. She continued to snicker at me as if I didn't hand the guy my card. They then started looking everywhere for it, when the whole time the guy left it right in front of both him and the manager in the card reader. I pay and go home to eat only for all my food to be thrown in the bag, literally. The manager was the one who packed my meal so I can only imagine how she's training people here. She a petite Lillie girl with a nose ring and a bad attitude. You just lost my business and I will spend the word about the way she handles her customers.
Service is usually pretty good but not today. Food sucked and poor customer service the kid at the drive through was rude.

I have always loved NW restaurants especially when I was a kid. It saddens me to me that they are closing most of them. I wish they would keep them around.
The worst meal . for paying 65.00 for some chicken tenders and a small bucket of chicken nasty mashed potatoes chicken was all dried out. They gave the smallest pieces of chicken in the bucket. Never will my family eat there.!!!
So food was what you would expect for a chain like this. Dine in was not available when we visited which I am very neutral on because not the state of the world. After ordering from the takeout window, they sent us around the front of the build to wait for our food. Took over 15 minutes of waiting until the food was ready which I feel is an overly long period of time to wait as it was not busy and the car ahead of us got their food very quickly. If something was not immediately available, I would have preferred they told us at the box there would be a long wait.
id give it a 5 star if they didnt mess up my order everytime but they always fix it.The have a manager named Neviah, and she is really great with costumer service. This is coming from a former manager in the food department.
I usually don't leave reviews that are negative....but this place was a joke on our visit. We were told to pull around front even though they only had two people in the drive thru. We wanted 10 mins then a girl came out and said "sorry what did you order?" I told her then she went back in. When she finally brought the order out we checked the bag only to see we had like 5 fries in one of the fry containers. The doors were locked so I pulled back around the drive though, showed the girl the frys and told her I would like more! She said it would be 2 mins and if we could pull around front again. We sat and ate our burgers waiting... while we were sitting there they had an employee on their phones in the dining area and two others sitting at a table. Needless to say we never got our frys or the spicy papa sauces I paid for. I work in the service industry and totally understand restaurants are short staffed but they had 5 employees that couldn't even get two orders out! I didn't go back through the drive through, we just left.
