I had the worst drive-through experience here and A&W used to be my favorite place to get fast food. The workers are young and extremely disrespectful to the point where I considered driving away and not even waiting for my food. Such a shame.. they need to train their employees better and educate them on customer service and basic respect.
i used to love a and w. this place is so dirty amd the service was lame. couldn't even finish the meal. fries were cold and the burger was ok
No Stars but the system made me give at least 1, experience was horrible! STOP putting teenager in management, they are NOT READY! #AllTheyWantIsTheCHECK
I pulled in after leaving mcdonalds on leetsdale at 9 pm the mcdonalds was closed both lobby and drive thru... But when i pulled into the a&w shaggy yo the rescue in the drive thru. He was respectful, courteous and just all out an amazing guy. Thanks for the tea and great service shaggy.
Asked for an item twice, second time they asked me to pull aside as it needed to be made to order and after 15 minutes saw the woman who took my order walk out into the parking lot for a cigarette and to yell into her phone.As they hadn't charged me, gave up and drove off.
As always the food was great. Double check your bags though. I was still missing an entire bag of corn dogs.
Didn't get one thing on the order right. You would be better off just going to Burger King and paying half the price.
A bit disappointed. My first time there, and I ordered two large onion rings and two bacon double-cheeseburgers, one without tomatoes. I also asked for Spicy Papa dipping sauce for both orders of rings and was assured they came with the onion rings. I asked two more times about the sauce and was assured I would get it. I drove off, expecting things to be okay. Upon arriving home, neither burger was a double, neither burger had tomato, and surprise NO Spicy Papa dipping sauce! No napkins. The food I did eat was rather tasty, but the service was horrid. I can see one mistake, but I paid money for food that I did not receive.
Burger was messed up and fries were cold like they had been left out way past there time with the little fries they put in my medium fry. Part that has me in absolute awe is the fact I pull up and dude is on his phone using his left hand puts the phone away and continues to make mine and others food without any left glove on touching my food with his barehands after using his phones absolutely gross man. And now I am waiting in the parking lot for a cheeseburger that has now taken 10 minutes to make.
Took about 10 minutes for hot dog and they messed up my order & missed the condiments on the hotdog.
