Food wasn’t right. Fries had too much salt. Didn’t get a receipt w order manager just offered to replace my fries. Don’t eat here.
Workers were nice. Dinning room was dirty and fries tasted kinda gross. Think they were way past due on changing the fry oil.

I start every visit feeling insulted.I would much rather wait a minute for a real person to be ready.I feel rude when I don't respond, and foolish when I do.From what I gather, it's the regional manager's voice, and he won't let the stores get rid of it. The hesitation before "chicken sandwich" seems designed convince us it's not a recording, which ads to the insult each visit.4 stars if not for that.

It's a fast food burger joint. Did you expect the greatest food on earth? Orders get messed up more often than not. Burgers are sloppy.
