This was our first visit & will be our last!! My husband & I both ordered a try 2. He had the Turkey & Bacon club sandwich w/ Lobster Bisque soup. I had the Chicken & Bacon Cobb salad w/ Lobster Bisque soup. We had to lean the table we sat at, as all of the empty tables were dirty in the whole dinig room. The floors were also dirty & sticky. We were surprised at rhe portio s , when we grabbed our order. Considering that we just spent over $30 for both meals, you w I uld think the portions would be decently sized. My husband's sandwich came out really hot. We found out that they toasted it w/ the tomato & mayo on it. There was 1 little piece of bacon & no lettuce. To say he was disappointed, is a huge understatement. The Lobster Bisque was decent for both of us. My salad didn't have any bacon, was supposed to have gorganzola cheese & had more topping than lettuce. Some of the lettuce had started to turn bad & the spinach was not rinsed (as I found dirt while trying to eat it) I requested no tomatoes, but they were put on anyways. There was only 1 employee that we saw throughout our visit.

Have been a regular here since they opened. Their soups are great and I really appreciate a good variety of vegetarian options daily. My primary complaint is that the restaurant dine in tables/floor/seats are usually all dirty from previous customers. Often the trash is completely full. At 3pm on a quiet Sunday, despite there only being two tables being used and nobody waiting in line, and at least 3 staff, possibly 4, every single table of the approx 14 were visibly dirty - crumbs, trash, food etc. Trash was overflowing. I had to ask an employee to clean a table. I was handed a (dry) kitchen towel (no cleaning spray) and was clearly expected to clean up myself. This is my typical experience here sadly. If you expect customers to clean tables, please provide appropriate supplies. Soup is great, employees are nice but dining in is a sub-par experience for the price.

Tried for the first time today. Bit pricey for the portion sizes. Employees seemed to all be teenagers; one couldn't manage to make eye contact, one was seemed like he couldn't care less, and one was sarcastically chipper. Food was great, but not worth interacting with the staff nor the cost.

Tried this little gem for the first time last night. Love the variety of food! We tried the spicy black bean chili, pesto grilled cheese and the classic mac. They were all delicious! Brought my hubs chicken noodle soup as he was under the weather and he loved it. We’ll be back again to try the salads and more! Great little spot for quick good food that’s not a burger or taco! ?

Friendly, attentive, and a professional group of workers. The service and food were great. This was my first visit, but I'll be back.

I haven't been feeling good and the weather is 1° so after a few days pasted I made the 25 mins drive. Ordered for my family and get home and both my soups were missing. All i wanted was your soup and there is no way I can drive all the way there/back.

The food is outstanding. Great service, perfect portions. This was my first time trying Zoup, but it won't be my last. Their salads are really fresh and delicious.

We ordered the turkey bacon club and chicken tuscany along with alligator gumbo and potato soup. Sandwiches were 10/10. Wish that the soup was more bold flavors and larger chunks of the main “potato/alligator.” We LOVED the variety of teas! The staff was awkward, work on communication. More on the expensive side of sandwich and soup.

The Lobster Bisque was super good, the small size Cobb Salad was just the right size, it had plenty of bacon, cheese, and hard boiled eggs, $6.50, I would recommend this place to any one likes soup and salad, I didn't try their sandwiches but they looked good too

We get soup and sandwiches from here quite a bit and everything has been great! The last time I was in, I noticed a QR code to nominate someone who could use a pick me up, so I nominated a friend of mine and it was accepted! She was thrilled and loved her soup and I got myself some to go also. Thank you for looking out for the community!
