This location is great. They've never got my order wrong and are always quick even when they're loaded with customers. Employees are always nice and friendly. If you can handle a little heat, I recommend the mango habenero wings.

Hadn,t been here in a while and was really craving some wings and ordered a 30 piece crew pack. The garlic parmesan wings were dry and flavorless, they forgot one of my sauces and the fries tasted burnt like they were cooked on old oil. Isn't worth the $45 I spent on flavorless wings. Wont be going back.
The Stetson Hills location use to be great and I have gone here for years. Over the past year, service has gone completely downhill. How is it that they can mess up every order over the past year? Well they managed to do so! I get if an order occasionally in error but every one over the past year?Tonight when the order was wrong again, the staff decided to add food items separately instead of using the family pack deal. One of the staff said I was getting a better deal that way and another said it was $10 more then the staff said which do you want to pay? Umm the cheaper price? When the food came out the order was wrong so the staff nonchalantly said I guess you are going to have to wait. So the half of the food that was done right sat there getting cold while the correct wings were being made. When I asked the staff about the concern of cold food while waiting for the other half of my food to be order he just stood there with his mouth open staring at me. Did I mention that the staff was moping what they were cooking? Wasn’t a spill for example being cleaned up but looked like a flood in the kitchen. Can’t imagine that this wasn’t a safety issue, cooking while standing in a puddle of water. Who is running this place?!!!This is the last straw, I will not return to this location until management addresses the issues here.
Waited close to an hour for our order when we were told 20 minutes, which was not a large order at all, we had people who ordered after us receive their meal before ours, there's was much bigger. We then asked probably 10 minutes before how much time was left and he said a couple minutes and when we received our food the person who handed it to us laughed about the time it took. Then out of my 20 boneless wings, about 5 were just breading with no chicken. Very disappointing and probably will not eat here for awhile, especially this location. Wasted 40 dollars and my time
We ordered takeout on this particular dinner meal. Our cashier was professional. We ordered the meal for two with garlic Parmesan & mild sauce, with fries and two drinks. We sat in the store and waited for about 10-15 minutes before our food was ready. Drink machines were operating good with at least 10 beverage choices to choose from (sodas, iced teas, caffeine free and diet options). I feel the price was great for what we ordered. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the seasoning on the French fries… they were very salty with a sweet tinge to them. Not really for me but my husband enjoyed them.I recommend this wing place. Cheaper than BWW, but not as good as golden flame hot wings.
I’ve always ordered from here and it’s always perfect, today I was 4 wings short on a ten piece, and had no ranch. No fry seasoning. All my great experiences are over after this one. Corporations don’t care but I would 10/10 not recommend this spot
Placed an order at 6:00 online, were the recording said it would be better. Went to pick up the order 40 minutes after it was placed. Got no help from the staff, and stood in the store being ignored for the next hour. Yes it was busy but if you post that an order for pickup will be ready in 38 to 43 minutes that's what it should be. So much for planning ahead and ordering online. It's now 8:00 and still nothing. Will not be coming back. It's clear that not only the employees don't care but management don't either they don't even have the respect to reply to bad experiences. Failure on all levels, save yourself the time and money, go literally anywhere else.
Extremely poor service! Ordered online at 2:30pm for a 5:15pm pickup and did not receive my food until 6:15pm. Never really leave reviews but this was so bad and unsatisfactory that I spent the time to write a review. I will never spend my money at this establishment.
Staff was friendly and respectful. Food was on time and my order was actually correct this time.. thank you to the staff and for the good food.
my order was all wrong and when I called back and I wasn't able to get my order delivered and was told that I would get a store credit after I paid for delivery fees and tip....mind you, I order from the actual wing stop site. If I was able to pick it up in the first place, I would have. I spent over $80 for my food that my family won't eat.
