Christina was so patient and kind especially with all of the annoying customers bugging and questioning everything. I don’t get why people can’t take two seconds to read the menu instead of throwing a fit when they get their receipt and don’t understand what they ordered. Anyway, Christina handled every single issue with such grace and deserves better treatment from ungrateful people.
Not going again after order was messed up and manager said I have to bring the whole order back. People had already started eating that was impossible. They forgot 25 of my wings
I did a order of a bundle and they forgot to put my fries in and I had to go back another 10 minute drive and I got a call from them and said they were going to give me some fresh fries, but when I got home I received some disgusting old fries (old, dry and hard). I’m not going to order from that place anymore.bad quality food
I quite enjoy wing stop…until tonight. The preparation of the food was simply disappointing. Not only was our food sitting out for 40 minutes before we were notified that it was ready( therefore it was cold before we even got to the car) but an order of 20 wings was shoved into one small box. Which in turn caused the photo provided as an over abundance of sauce spilled all over me and my boyfriends car seat. It probably wouldn’t have even been as bad of an experience if the cashier had actually at least pretended to care. Honestly the wing stops in the springs have continuously gone down hill YOY. So if you want cold- over priced food and to want it spill all over you. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
We just stopped at wingstop the costumer service was really bad I don’t understand why the lady asked me for my Id before ordering.
Not just the best fast food experience, not just the best wings reasturant experience but possibly the best customer service I have ever received. They remembered my name 30mins after I sat down. Refilled my drink even though they are not a full-service eatery. And at that, the Manager refilled. I could also overhear them training their employees with patience to ensure they eventually will also provide superior customer service. Also I overhead a manager talking about making schedules to allow employees to better plan for appointments. Staff spoke to everyone that came in kindly. Oh…. And the food was awesome! This is for the WS at 530 S Academy in Colorado Springs.
This the worst wingstop on the planet. Every time I order from here I'm waiting 45 minutes or more. A few nights ago my friend ordered from here and we went to pick up the food only to tell her they were closed and no more orders were being made. There were others their being told the same. Or that they didn't have their order even though they placed the order 2 1/2 hours before hand. Smh
Whoever is answering the phone and taking orders is absolutely clueless. Couldn’t figure out my number after i slowly repeated 4-5 times, then when i made my order i told him the 30 wings so 3 sauces. After giving him the sauces…. Twice… he then asked what flavor i wanted my wings???Really ok… the flavors i told you is what i want the wings flavors to be.After that he said “ok so you want those sauces on the side”WHAT? Are you serious.Absolutely LOST.No way I’m paying 60 bucks to have some clown ruin my order.

After spending $45 having to go pick up our food. We got home to completely cold chicken wings ice cold Fries. On top of that we asked for a little blue cheese and ranch of course they didn't give us that, that would have been going out of their way I'm sure. Best advice to anyone who wants wingstop don't come to the one on the southside they are just unprofessional, not polite, rude, and they don't even give you what you pay for. Just for a follow up Regina a worker there told us we could not have the management's name or speak with them. Sorry Regina we're going to cooperate with your name for being so rude and hanging up on us by putting us on an indefinite hold.
