We are Germans and moved to Colorado. We often buy the typical fresh German bread and bread rolls here! Great taste and so delicious! They also sell German products, chocolate, Haribo and German newspaper. We would be even more happier if they would have: Werder Ketchup and Bautzner Senf.
This place is amazing!!!! The pretzels, cinnamon rolls, beliner, and kaiser rolls that I had purchased were all fresh and delicious. My kids also loved it too. All the staff members were very nice and greeting me and my children. Sandra was so nice and gave us great service. We will definitely be going back again soon!
Thank you for your offer. Because of the excellent customer service we will be back to try some other products.Bought a birthday cake. Called a week in advance . Was told that they had one of that kind they’d freeze it and I could get it the next week. I said no I prefer a fresh baked. Was told it would be. It was not . I got the week old frozen cake that fell apart once it unthawed. Had cherries that completely soaked the bottom layer of cake to mush when unthawed.
Wonderful german store and products! A lot of people though come from outside Co Springs. Shutting down at 4pm and 2pm Saturdays makes it for a lot of people impossible to get there on time or to find the products they want. 1-2 hours before they close a lot of fresh products (meats, breads) are sold out.
Wonderful deli, amazing baked goods. Friendly staff.
I am in Denver, so I try to go down once a month. Today I bought the Bienenstich for the first time. I must say, either it's that I haven't had one for awhile, but it was literally the best one I ever had. Yes, I did grow up in Germany and ate lots of them. You have to get one next time you go.
We have been going here since we moved to the area. I love getting fresh pretzel buns, meats, and cheeses.. along with chocolates, salad seasoning packets, spicy mustard, goulasch seasoning, etc.
A taste of Germany in Colorado. Made me miss our home in Spangdahlem. They have a little bit of everything in this store. If you have never been to Germany or if you have lived there before, this is a must stop on your list of things to do in Colorado.
This store is small but it's cute and the products are amazing. However, the service is not. Every time my friends and I come here we immediately feel a negative vibe. This isn't Germany anymore, where it's acceptable to be rude and lazy, please have some self-respect before you give a customer a nasty look and try to start an argument out of nowhere. I'm coming here since 2013, but I avoid this store as much as possible, because the service gets worse every time. To mention not everyone here is rude, it's the very overweight woman in particular. Other than the two horrible service workers the store is great and I would still recommend it.
We love this place! The breads and pastries are out of this world! (TIP: Go early in the morning for the best selection). Their deli sandwiches are also great. The Staff are happy and helpful! We're bringing a larger cooler next time!
