Bait and switch pricing and a manager that only cares about money instead of customers' experience and enjoyment... I was told that Tuesdays were 1/2 price and reservations were available. I was charged full price that came to the equivalent of $125 reservation fee in order to "guarantee our court availability" when our group was 3/4 of the customers and court usage for the night. What a poorly managed situation! I will NOT be back.

The location itself is alright. It offers 12 lanes to bowl, bumper cars, a bar and food. We only bowled and used a Groupon so I can’t speak to cost. We were on two lanes with children on one and adults on the other. They offer bumpers per bowler, which was nice so it didn’t have to stay up for the entire lane. I rate our experience as 3 stars because we had issues with the lane our kids were on and there was no urgency to resolve our issue. We waited almost 10 minutes and they didn’t say anything, but we then realized that they had switched our kids to a different lane. We had to go up and ask them to reimburse our time that we had missed while the lane was down and the time that we wasted where they didn’t communicate what was going on to us. Unless I am gifted another Groupon, I probably will not be back.

I went with some friends and while the actual Whirlyball was a blast, I’m concerned that the place won’t survive if it continues as is. Only a few bowling lanes were fully functional. The one we got sort of worked, but we were charged full price. The light over the pins never came on (they said it was broken) and the drop bar didn’t lift every time the pin setter did. Since it was dark down there, one friend bowled not realizing and had to go get her ball. Overall, super janky. The fries and boneless “wings” I ordered were just ok. The first ketchup bottle we were given was bubbling inside?!Most staff acted like they barely knew their jobs and they really didn’t seem to want to be there. The waitress that came to our lane was friendly and enthusiastic. If she’d had a name tag I’d have given her a shoutout here. The concept is great and the place has amazing potential. I really hope they get it together so it can stay open.

First time playing and it was a blast. We started off with some food. I had the pretzel bites and not only did they look amazing but they tasted even better. The drinks are decently priced and proper to taste. Also a huge selection of beers. We played whirlyball after and it was freaking awesome (had great friends).

Great place for group parties! It is quite a large place actually. They have Whirlyball but also corn holes and bowling. They have a nice bar too. It was not busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Whirly ball is so fun!! I had never heard of it before but definitely recommend and will for sure come back. The staff were friendly and helpful and there's a great menu. Super fun with a group!

WhirlyBall itself is very fun. The problem was the staff's attitude. They didn't want us to play a second game because they wanted to close early. The guy watching over our game sounded like he hated his job; he whizzed through the rules talking very quickly so it was difficult to understand. He had no charisma during and between the games. And there were extra carts on the floor that were not moved off as we only had seven players so the ball got stuck/lost several times with carts stuck on the floor with no one driving them. Was told to take a break from the game to pay our food/drink tab so the staff could go home early. The place overall is huge and there was practically no one there. With better advertising and good mojo inside, a lot of people would come back.

Cool little spot, no one was there, only came in with 2 of us, couldn't play whirly ball but bowled and had drinks, not a bad time

Good food, plenty to do, a great place for a group gathering.

Experience was meh. Our bowling glitched about 5 times. Taking about 20 minutes from our play time. When asking for a refund the guy offered us points to our game that we didn’t get to finish due to waiting for so long. The food was 5/10. Wings were just crunch with a bit of chicken, and the pizza had no taste. This was absurd for waiting an hour to bowl when the place was nearly empty
