Did not feel welcomed here at all. Was my first time ever here so I stood in line and waited until it was my turn, asked for a Wicked and 2 Ruben’s wasn’t even greeted the teenager behind the counter said “you need to fill out the bag” so I proceeded over to the bags with no other directions given I just grabbed one of the bags and started filling it out. Thought it was weird I had to list everything in the sandwich but whatever. I filled it out waited in line again then handed the teenager my bag, then she tells me “we can’t add pepperoni to your sandwich” I said “well there wasn’t an option for it but it’s on your menu, and like I said before I just want a wicked and 2 Ruben’s” she then tells me I filled out the wrong bag and should have used the “faves” bag. Irritated I told her this was my first time here ever and I don’t understand what she’s asking of me. She then very rude snarks back “well now you know for next time” but don’t worry there definitely won’t be a next time.

Well this was a total bummer, and a let down. You can see this place has awesome potential. They catered one of our lunches for work, but I didn't eat it that day. I still wanted to try though. As a first time customer it would have been nice to know what in the world to do. I walked in, and it was just a depressing atmosphere. There were two ladies working and neither said a word. I was able to gather that you wrote your own order down which was cool. I ordered, tried to small talk, she wasn't having it. No biggie. The kitchen area is dirty, not like cluttered but like dusty. After a bit another guy came in and he was also knew, asked, and she rudely explained writing it down. When they called me up for my food there weren't any fries, or my drink, so I asked, and she was snippy and said they were still coming. Okie dokie. I got my drink cup and the ice machine was down. That would have been nice to know before I ordered. Nothing like a warm "iced" tea. She called up my fries, and they were burned and nothing special. The premise of this place would be cool but the attitude, and customer service were a major let down. The sandwich was good, but I couldn't even eat the fries. I hope for their sake they get it together there. Seems like it could be such a cool place.

The menu choices look interesting and appetizing. The execution by the sandwich makers was not. All moisture was left off. No oil or sauces of any kind. Some of the other ordered items were left off as well. Ordered one large and one regular sandwich. Both were exactly the same size when delivered. Not sure which one was correct. Fountain machine was out of service. So were the ice tea maker. Seems like that should be highest priority as it is the money maker.Very unlikely I will stop at this restaurant or any other of their locations again. Especially since we are getting a Snarf's locally.

Doesn't deserve the bad rep that most people give it. This is the best sandwich place around. Can be a bit pricey at times but tastes a lot better then subway or jimmy johns. The staff is really friendly too, some of the hardest working people I have ever seen.

Which Wich used to be awesome. I used to grab it for lunch on my break nearly every day. They were always slow, but it was usually worth it. But lately they’ve gone downhill- menu changed, even slower service, and much lower quality ingredients. The last 4 or 5 sandwiches I’ve gotten have been greasy, stale, and just bad. Maybe management changed, but now it sucks. It’s a shame to see, maybe they’ll change stuff for the better but for now it’s gone bad.

This is one of the worst sub restaurants ever! They give you a ton of lettuce and a very small amount of meat and cheese. They are overpriced and also very slow at preparing your food. I don’t recommend!

Ordered the large wicked (12") on wheat with fries for delivery to try a new sandwich shop. Cost was $17.75 before fees, delivery and driver tip.I wanted to like the sandwich. I really did. It has ham, turkey and roast beef, just like the old Subway Club that I used to like very much. The addition of pepperoni is totally unnecessary, unless you like heartburn, but there was no option to leave it off. The bread was gummy, and devoid of flavor. The vegetables were okay. The sandwich was dry which tells me there was a lack of condiments to compliment the toppings. Finally, the sandwich was split all the way through, so I had to fight with the toppings to stay in the sandwich while trying to eat it.The fries were cold by the time they arrived, but they were okay. Again, not much flavor.Overall: Food was extremely costly for what was received. A dry, split, tasteless sandwich that pales in comparison to the old Subway Club makes me long for the old Subway menu to come back. 2 stars at best. There are much better sandwiches to be had especially for the price.

The Ruben was a thin slab of roast beef with thousand island. The fries were terrible. Worst food I’ve had in a long time. $30 for 2 “regular sized” sandwiches, fries and a drink. May have been worth it if they were half decent. Will not be returning. Not to even mention the staff was unfriendly, slow, and unorganized. Myself and 3 other customer ordered fries and they never were made. After one customer stood up at the line and was asked “are u waiting for something else” and when he customer goes “um fries” 3 more people in the restaurant stood up and said they still needed fries too. The fries were never made. There was one cook and one cashier who was wondering around the entire time.

I went in today on my lunch and waited 20-25 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Two of the employees were working the sandwich line, while one was just wandering about behind them. My sandwich took about 20 minutes and when I mentioned that I ordered fries too, they said it would be another 3-5 minutes. They had 20 minutes to cook more fries and didn't until I made a comment. They all seemed to be taking their time, which ended up wasting my lunch break.

I ordered a customized sandwich with black bean patty. As I started to eat, I realized the patty is missing. Came back to store and show the opened sandwich to the guy at counter 1. He inspected it with his bare hands without washing hands afterwards 2. He did not apologize. I only ended up thanking him for making new sandwich which they could not get it right 3. No one is is wearing hair net or anything. The other guy was nicer to prepare and apologize. But this first guy was impossible to believe especially this inspection with hands.
