Awesome place for a nice dinner out. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Server also served with great ettiqute. Only reason it is not a 5 star is because I was not impressed with the old fashioned or cocktails in general. Still overall great dinner.
They know how to make proper good drinks. Plus the food is excellent. You can get elk, quail, boar. Even just the soups and salads are elevated. Stetson has been my bartender several times; he's been great.
Great atmosphere. Equally as amazing food and drinks. Appetizer was Calamari with ginger Had Baby Greens Salad omitted apricots (personal preference) I know that it would be equally or if not more delicious with them incorporated. Soup was Vegetable Quinoa, oh my sweet baby Jesus this is so delicious like inside hug. SO had 10oz Bison Ribeye with micro roasted mushrooms, garlic potatoes, and spinach w/leeks. Beer was Storybook Little Red riding Ale, and Ginger drop. Tessa our server was outstanding thorough friendly service. Highly Recommend 10 out 10.
The four course meal and wine pairings were absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, superior service, an absolutely top notch experience.
We got to this restaurant to wait out rush hour through Colorado Springs. We are so glad we had a reason to pull off the back to back traffic. We got in 10 minutes before Happy Hour ended at 6 pm. Our server, Tiana was just helpful and super friendly and attentive. We ordered 2 dips - Brie and ... And Artichoke Dip.... We shared 2 appetizers Grilled Trout Tacos and Truffle Ravioli. All excellent, tasty and good. Great ambiance. Super respite.
Hands down one of the best steaks I've had in a very long while. I up my personal game and decided to have the 16oz Bison Ribeye. You should too. Definitely worth every penny.
It is a unique place to have a meal with family and friends. It has a good atmosphere. I had the calamari appitizer, which was pretty good, and the 12oz beef steak for my entre, which was okay. I took a star because the menu is very limited and a little pricey for what it is. I took another star because the wait for the food was pretty long. I started questioning if it was going to come out. I might Gove it another shot. I don't know yet. Try it yourself though.

Everything about this place was on point! Our waitress Tessa was incredibly friendly and helpful with the menu. Ruby was also equally awesome! The walnut Manhattan is delicious! The risotto and pork chop were perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will totally recommend this place!
