This is a great cafe. The food I would rate a 4 but the service is top notch. I had the biscuits and gravy. Good but could have used a little more sausage for my taste. Side of bacon was good. Hash browns could have been crisper. Others in the party had the BLT and breakfast burger and were excellent. Good value for the amount and quality of food.

This restaurant lives up to its reputation of being clean, friendly, and very tasty! I was impressed by the fast friendly service I received. The waitresses were knowledgeable by answering my questions and returning often to see how I'm doing. A great family place with great food and great prices!
Love love love this place, tried other breakfast joints and the portions are always so small, tried Mother Muffs and was appalled at what they charge for the little food you get... here at Wades, my chicken fried steak was under $12! My girl got the hash and swapped out the toast for mini pancakes, $9.49 wow!! Steal of a price and they have a rewards program and I get 5$ off coupon in my email all the time making this even sweeter!! Look at the pictures, I put a smuckers jelly packet so you can see the size of the plate... I'm coming back here every Sunday!
Coffee was good and plentiful as they leave a carafe on the table. Orange juice does have pulp. Fast service! Biscuits were soft and gravy was seasoned perfect. Hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and eggs were made to order. Kids Pancakes were a treat! Strawberry topping and yummy whipped cream. Side of fruit was strawberries and blueberries. Waffle was fluffy yet crisp. Turkey sausage is available too. Lots of food and good prices!
My boyfriend and I went to eat at Wade's Cafe and he got the $11.99 Chicken fried steak and hashbrowns and toast, sunny side up and I got the breakfast hash, for $9.49 under $10. There was alot of food for the price. You'll definitely have to try it.
This was our first time to Wade's. We arrived around 9:45am and there was a 20 minute wait. They asked if my husband and I would like to be seated sooner at the breakfast bar so we did. It was a bustling place, staff was light-hearted, but not too noisy (my husband wears hearing aids and he said the low noise was not a problem.) Food was good and lots of it. We ordered Eggs Benedict and 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. Too much food for us to finish but we did it anyway. We will go back again, next time around 10:45am, in between the breakfast and lunch rush. ?
This place has been a landmark to the Colorado Springs area as Racines to Denver, except their location has changed unlike that of Racines and they do NOT have valet parking, lol. There was and is a standing line during busy hours but that tells you a lot. They come outside and call names. They could use some benches for people to sit and wait on outdoors. I think I understand why they don't have them due fear of the homeless using them or theft but it would have been nice. Also I think this place would rock if opened around the clock like a "Knife, Spoon, & Fork" local diner would but it's their show. Everything was excellent. The 20 minute wait took 22 minutes. There are no available reservations to be made.The wait staff and hostess were kind, fast paced, respectful, clean and knowledgeable. The indoor bathroom was clean but limited with 2 toilets, 1 sink. The food was great! Homemade maple syrup as homemade as you would expect without having maple in the back yard, lol. I was filled and took a to-go box. The prices were also great. 35.00 for the 3 of us, mind you, (without posting my tip of 15.00), and we ate breakfast plates.Still well ran and loved by the community!
I ordered delivery. Got eggs Benedict and one egg was overdone. The hollandaise was broken and curdled a little. Some what bland. Pricing was great. Delivery was fast!
Service is fast and friendly! Menu options are plentiful and the prices are great. There are options for everyone. There is even a vegetarian section. I recommend this place!
Went on a late Sunday morning. The wait was a bit long, but it was a late Sunday morning. Our server was friendly and fast. Food was exactly as I would expect from this type of restairant, it was pretty good. We had breakfast and it came to the table nice and hot. We will be back. Who am I? Just some dude with a culinary degree.
