Vitality bowls needs to revitalize. The ingredients and prices were disappointing. The açaí to topping ratio is off and the açaí base is flavorless. This cafe is more expensive than one of the most trendy juice bars in Los Angeles. Staff and general ambiance were nice though.
I did pickup but they came out when I pulled up. I loved the juices and the Acai bowls. Very good service.
The staff is amiable, so this is nothing against them. Yet the smoothies have not tasted right coming to this location. I have been going to vitality bowl since the first one opened in castle rock, and the matcha madness and temptation smoothies have been off. I don't know why the recipe has changed, but it's not better and very disappointing.
This chain cafe' is great! Forgot my breakfast and lunch and was able to stop here for a few minutes get what I needed and head back to work! Both my matcha smoothie and pesto chicken salad bowl were delicious!!!! And the service was excellent! I will definitely try to come back as often as possible!

I placed an order online the night before for an 8:30 pick up then drove half an hour to the store only to find out they weren't even open and I wasn't notified. So an hour commute out of my drive for absolutely nothing and the only thing the store did was refund my full but didn't make my whole hour commute out of my way any better. Never go here
