Old lady was mad disrespectful she ignored us when we walked in even though she saw us walk in and took everyone else’s order. Until this young man came up for the drawer and took our order as she was ignoring us. All we ordered was 2 mango bobas for a 20-25 minute wait meanwhile everyone else including placers after us that ordered meals got their food first. After waiting a while, we wanted a refund since it was getting late and the same old lady got mad because we already ordered it. She soon sighs, ignores us and walks away rolling her eyes as we were asking if we can head out and get our refund. The same young gentleman apologized for the wait he was great but the short lady upfront with the short hair has the worst customer service, will give you the worst attitude and is very disrespectful

I haven't been to another local Vietnamese restaurant that has the spirit and tenacity to prepare such a wide variety of traditional and ethic food. Although they pride themselves as a Vietnamese restaurant, I see plenty of crossovers that represent the South East Asian cooking. It does take someone who understands food preparation and the appreciation of Asian food to see why they didn't just offer what is simple and main stream like many other Vietnamese restaurants you'll find in town. Eatery like Viets restaurant who are ambitious about their menu, has the skills, and courage showcasing their culinary are very rare in Colorado Springs. Food was delicious, service was attentive, menu I already spoken a lot, and pricing is slightly higher end but worth it.

Ordered a pad thai for delivery on Door Dash. The noodles, chicken, and beef are dry and the food tastes old like it's left overs from yesterday. Completely inedible, horrible food and a waste of money, do not eat here.

The current 4.2/5 rating for this place makes no sense to me. I haven't been to Vietnam or anything to try the most authentic food, but I've always felt I've had good standards for Vietnamese food. This place raised my bar. I'm just visiting Colorado, but when I go back to where I came from I'll be a little sad knowing the best Vietnamese I've had is far away.

This little gem has escaped me for several years. They're tucked away in the strip mall where the Culver's is on North academy. Easy to miss. They're doing a booming business though and now I know why. Their food is very good, good portions too.

Good food, but be careful. 1) If you pay with cash, the cashier didn't give me my change under a dollar until I asked for it, and then didn't even act surprised when I asked for all my change back. 2) They charge additional $ for to go orders per entree! 3) They also charge extra for utensils. Good food but be very careful when dealing with this place

Quick service with large servings. Watch out for the garlic chili sauce on the table it was difficult to dispense and I ended up with some sauce on my clothes. Missing cilantro on pho plate otherwise a great experience with tasty food.

We placed an online order through their website for pick up. It said we'd be texted when the food was done. Forty minutes later, with no text, we went in and found they hadn't pulled the order from their computer. We were told 12 minutes. Twenty minutes later, not seeing any food and the restaurant closing, we went in again and found the food had been sitting in the back. The chicken lo mein looked like the top of the pepper mill fell open. It was inedible. The pork in the rice noodle bowl was burnt and tasted like old used oil. There is some great Vietnamese out there, this is not the place. Don't waste your money!

We have passed this place many times and decided to give it a try. We ordered for pick up. We were surprised by the length of time indicated after ordering before the food would be ready. We were supposed to wait for a text, but could not imagine our order would need more than 30 min, so we went over to pick up after about 30 min. When we got home to eat, the food was mostly cold and the beef-wrapped seafood dry and somewhat hard. The seafood dish was ordered as scallops but was a mix of both scallops and shrimp instead of just scallops. The pad thai indicated it came with vegetables on the menu, but what we received was just noodles and meat. For what we paid, we had very different expectations. We will not be back.

Family and I have been ordering from here for the last 6 months, have absolutely loved the food. When I went to pick up my food this evening I was greeted with disgust/eye rolls/rude tones, because I was there to pick up my order and they were a little busy, totally get frustrations with staff happen when it’s busy.. but I’ve never had restaurant staff treat me in such a rude way that I walked right out the door without even taking my food. Unfortunately, wont be coming back. Great food, the new servers/staff not so much
