I absolutely love this place ! I have tried about 8 different sushi spots in the Springs and this one by far is the best. The staff are awesome. The sushi is always fresh. I have now became a regular there so we are always well taken care of when we come in. I understand the location is a little eerie but don't judge a book by its cover on this one. You wont regret it I promise. If you are a sushi lover then you wont be disappointed. Do it!
Our waiter was very cool, friendly and offered some great suggestions. The two gentlemen behind the counter preparing the food are very talented. Everything was very fresh and served perfectly with beautiful presentation. They environment was very welcoming. The booths are very intimate but large enough for a family. I would like to return again on our next road trip.
Uri has high quality sushi and other foods! This is such a great place to go on a date or with your family. I also regularly order with GrubHub and am super happy with the quality of the food. We specifically love the avalanche I - it is AMAZING! All other items we have tried have been really good. The staff is super kind, as well. Today we celebrated our twins' birthday and they surprised us with a dessert. Just another reason to return. Thank you, Uri!

My husband picked up take out for dinner and we were a bit disappointed. Our salmon avocado roll was good/standard but the special roll was lacking. It was an interesting mix but not one that I would say works well together. The sushi nacho (not sure what the official name is) was decent. It was a bit bland if not for the jalapeño and the chips were soggy (understandable since this was for take out). We would give this place another try but maybe stick to the standard stuff that we know will be good.
Great service with some outstanding rolls. I came on a Monday and they also had a BOGO on their house wine. I would come back again.

Definitely worth going to. The highlight was definitely the Sunflower Roll; the lemon on top takes it to a whole new dimension! I’ll definitely be going again.
We went to URI sushi in November and they have a roach infestation. The staff were not at all bothered by the infestation. Just stated it as a fact like we were talking about an empty paper towel holder or something. Read the health department inspections on this place. Never again!!!
