I was visiting Colorado Springs, and I randomly came across this bistro. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and breakfast, all 8 of us. Service was super, the host and waitress were very friendly!
I had the chicken and waffles and a drip coffee. The chicken was amazing, but the waffle was just okay. The coffee was mediocre as well. My friend had the breakfast burrito and a vanilla latte. Her burrito was delicious! I will be back but avoiding the waffles.
We were there at 8:00am, we thought the music was extremely loud. It was hard to have a conversation. I don't think we would have minded the music if it were lunch time or happy hour. Food and service were both very good. We will definitely go back.
So many delicious choices for our breakfast start - out of the way yet amazing ! 2nd visit will not be our last.
