Visited location around breakfast/ brunch time on a Wednesday. Was a part of a large group- 6 people. There was a wait, but it wasn't long. There were several other 2 person groups waiting to be seated upon entry. My 1st time here in downtown Colorado Springs and boy what a treat it was here at Urban Egg!The host was prompt and friendly. Our waiter was AWESOME!! I unfortunately didn't get his name. He was very forthcoming about the shining stars on the menu and where there were any potential limitations. I was particularly grateful that he asked what allergies, if there were any, were at the table.I had the Rocky Mountain Corned Beef Hash with 2 scrambled eggs and a strawberry cheesecake pancake instead of toast and a ginger splash to drink. DELICIOUS!Hashbrowns were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, the corned beef was tender and moisture, my eggs were scrambled how I ordered. I would/could eat that meal everyday while I'm here in Colorado Springs. One of my party had the pancake flight- what I'd planned on ordering initially along with the Ultimate Bloody Mary Grilled Cheese. The flight consisted of the Cinnamon Swirl, Colorado Blueberry Strussel, and Strawberry Cheesecake pancakes.Everyone was completely satisfied and FULL after their meal.If I have/had the choice for the rest of my visit, I'd drag everyone back to Urban Egg at least once more.

The wait on a Sunday morning was long as to be expected. As long as you have good company and don't come in a bad mood, it's really not that bad to wait for this place. I'm from out if state, and it's been a few weeks since I ate here, but I'm already planning a trip back souly for the hot dirty Chai Latte. This is not on over exaggeration, the most heavenly drink I've ever had in my mouth. The Avocado toast, while it being my first time ever having avocado toast in my life, was also amazing. But the Chai? *chef kiss* I work at Starbucks and have yet to re-create such a lovely drink. My friend also really enjoyed his meal, a breakfast burrito of sorts. And while I'm here, A+ service. The servers, while really busy and busting their butts off, where kind and interactive with us. Please, if you go here. Plan on spending money because without the service and the people making the food and godly drinks, this place would just be a building. Please tip them accordingly! The only thing I can really complain about, which isn't REALLY a problem, I couldn't understand the style the restaurant choose lol. I loved it and hated it at the same time. It's definitely different. And I like different. But I'll die confused on what they where going for ? 100% will go back even if I have to drive 14 hours.

It was a busy Saturday morning so we expected to wait, and so did a lot of other people. The waiting area isn't sufficient, especially in windy, cold weather. The service was good, the waitress checked on us and the food came out quickly. The issue was the food. Don't order scrambled, fake eggs and not well cooked if you don't order "cooked well". Serving size for the 2 egg option was like one egg, hash browns inconsistently cooked, half crispy half cool and not cooked. Biscuit was great. What's totally unacceptable, fake eggs, and I know eggs!

Came here for breakfast at the recommendation of our hotel receptionist, and we are glad we did. Awesome breakfast with fresh ingredients, tasty food and great coffee. I had the salmon avocado toast dish topped with an egg, and a side salad.

Excellent food and drinks!

I recommend urban egg for any meal choice . Service was very fast and friendly. Chef was on point . 5 stars ⭐️ from me . Love from waddell, Arizona

I’ve been craving a eggs Benedict meal after living in Europe for half a year. This is the Denver Buffalo plate. It came with a crunchy chicken, muffin, egg, buffalo sauce and hash brown on the side. It was a taste I was missing for a while. The only problem I had was with the sparkling water. When I ordered sparking water, I was asked if I wanted lemon. I didn’t know it was going to be in a can. I was hoping the lemon were freshly sliced with plain sparkling water in a glass cup.

5 stars all around! My wife and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop here for a breakfast. Nothing disappointed! We ordered the most delicious chai we’ve ever had and enjoyed some great biscuits and gravy as well as cinnamon swirl pancakes. We also ordered a side of bacon. All of it was extremely good and the service was exceptional! Next time we come back, we will come here again and have already begun recommending to others.

So great! There were ton of dishes to choose, several gluten free options, and even real cocktails. Will be back again.

Been here twice and loved it both times. I had blue corn huevos rancheros and chicken and waffle. Yum!
