A funky little place serving pizza, chili and assorted sandwiches and starters. Food and beer were okay but I think you can find better brewpubs in the area.

Their homemade soft pretzels are out of this world! We also ordered two different pizzas which were amazing. My favorite was the Mac and Cheese with bacon. Perfect crust combined with melty cheese. We ordered flights so we could sample some of their extensive beer selection. All of the beers were great. I loved the 9.5 Theses Imperial Stout and my wife was a big fan of the Purple Mountain Ice Cream Ale.

Trinity Brewing always has delicious food and offer a large variety of beers on tap. We take advantage of the dog friendly patio whenever the weather allows.

I was very excited to check out this place. Online there are lots of food items, beer, and cocktails to choose from. I'm not sure if I went on an off day for Trinity, but they were out of burgers, pizza, chicken, and sandwiches. Very disappointed. I had already ordered an Orange Creamsicle to drink, which was pretty good, when I discovered their lack of food to eat, so I finished it up and left. I won't be back.

Our server Ashley was amazing. We have two little girls and stopped by for dinner one night while on vacation. We loved it so much we went back for lunch! They have 41 beers to try. Both their beer and food options are DELICIOUS. I'd highly recommend visiting!

This was a true mixed bag. First beer came highly recommended. It was tasteless. Second was the stout. Much better. The burger was good. The fries were cold and stale. The servers were friendly but the service area was a mess. You order right at the front of the bar which is where the entrance doors are. No place to really queue. So someone who walked up after me got served before me.

Absolutely amazing! The food and beer were top notch 10/10.I also enjoyed the company of the staff. The boss came out and was super welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone who passes through Garden of the Gods.

We love Trinity for it’s atmosphere and lunch and dinner food. When we learned they started doing breakfast, we knew we had to try it. Their menu is simple, but the meals are over the top! It’s the breakfast option the west side needed. If you love everything breakfast like burritos, French toast, hash browns, you will love their new breakfast options!

Chose this brewery for three reasons. 1. We’d never been here before. 2. We had heard the food was pretty good. 3. Looked like a cool atmosphere. This is open seating but since we had a party of 6 they found us a table in the very back corner. No biggie. The food menu has a lot of great choices. The drink menu is pretty extensive. Right off I appreciated that you could buy a 6oz drink as well, like building your own flight. We were told it was walk up ordering at the bar but a waitress said she’d just come back to us at the table. Service wasn’t great…We eventually ordered our food, which unfortunately for the most part was cold by the time it reached our table. The fries were soggy, looking like they were leftovers from the bottom of the fryer. All in all the food was “ok” but would recommend more for the beer and atmosphere.

Totally enjoyed everything! From the yummy craft beer to the mouthwatering fried pickles. You have to try the brie grilled cheese with fresh tomato soup (to die for!). The service was great and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. We'll definitely be back to try more beers and menu items. Yummmmm!
