I got food poisoning the last time I ate there! My girlfriend goes back and orders salmon and they substitute with tuna. Then argue when she brings the food back! The girl at the counter says “ I took the mango out of the tuna. WHEN WE ORDERED SALMON!!! Completely unprofessional! How many other people have gotten food poisoning or the wrong order and been argued with?? Don’t eat at this location! Now my girlfriend has a watery stomach 20 minutes after leaving!
I’ve always liked Tokyo Joes but this new location sucks. My sushi came tumbled around, the rice was soggy like it was sitting there for awhile and in no way tasted good. I’ve never had a bad experience prior…
Health conscious and tasty, great options for people who are grain free, dairy free. I love that they use wild caught salmon, which is cleaner than farmed salmon, plus their tofu is organic; this is highly important for the health of our hormones/endocrines! Will totally come back if I am ever in the area. Took my boyfriend here, we both live an orthorexic lifestyle and we approve of this place! ? ? ? ? great atmosphere
All the flavors!!! Great people and great service. It literally could be a daily choice in nutrition but tastes good like a bad decision. My go-to spot!!
Price keeps going up. 30% in two months. For white chicken bowl iI and and edamame. Was 10 dollars now 13. - I have been loyal to eat with you for years. I will no longer do it lol
Good local sushi and numerous options, bento bowls, rice bowls, etc. Rarely a long wait. Large selection of fountain drinks and teas.
I've ordered from this store about 4-5 times, To Go each time, and the order was always inconsistent. At first, I thought maybe it was my understanding of the food. The first few times I ordered, the size was inconsistent. I'd order a big bowl and get the same size as a regular. I thought maybe I was mistaken and they were just putting more food in the regular sized bowl...nope, same amount for more money. The last couple times I ordered, one bowl had too much aioli sauce and the next time I ordered, it had none and the bowl was very bland. Of course I didn't figure this out until I was already home and ready to eat. And I would tip the staff in advance every time, too! I even emailed them about this in hopes that they would just make it right, but no response. I love the delicious bowls from Tokyo Joe's, but I won't be back at this location. The food is too expensive for it to not be right every time.
No wonder why this place is always empty. Haven’t been in for awhile, and order a bowl. The food was good however it was $13 for basically a giant bowl of rice. Pretty weak, won’t be back
