Ordered Poke with salmon, mixed lettuce & brown rice. Got a big bowl of rice, very little salmon, almost no lettuce. I complained, they gave me a small plate of lettuce. Will never go back.
Good healthy food. Good service, front areas and seating was clean but Men's restroom was dirty and in need of attention. Had soap and paper towels but needed cleaning badly.

First time trying Tokyo Joe's and it did not disappoint. The build your own dish is an awesome option since I like a variety of veggies. The staff was nice and service was fantastic!! Asked for extra curry sauce and they quick gave me a side of it. Made me a happy customer!!Last but not least, nice variety on the menu. Can't wait to go back and try some other stuff!! ??
Used to love TJ but paid $14.00 for a dry bowl of rice, steak and veggies...NO SAUCE what the hell do you think people order your food for?? Definitely NOT for dry, unflavorful food!!
Really glad I had a coupon. I ordered double veggies. See pictures. Hate to see what a regular amount of veggies is. As for flavour... none. This meal reminds me of a microwave dinner. Only good is lots of tofu. Won't be back.
Less than helpful staff. Clueless as to what gluten free or vegan meant. Explained blood sugar was dropping and needed food stat.Bagged all items separately and I had no clue sauce was separate as I ate dry poke bowl while son drove. It wasn't until we got home that he discovered sauce underneath his order.Why would you charge for meat if customer request no meat, but charge extra if they ask for nuts instead?
First off, I've been coming to this specific location for over 2 years.I normally call my order in, since I pay cash.The girl taking my order was rushing me and kept trying to assume my order. Also, following with a snotty "mmhmm". After I said "Thank you!". The same "mmhmm" was returned. Rude.When I arrived to pick my food up, I was not greeted nicely. Three girls stood behind the counter staring at the front door when I walked in. I was nice and smiley. Nothing like that was returned to me. A woman behind me was returning her order, which made me check mine. All of my sauces weren't in the bag. I giggled and said "my food is all here, but no sauces" all three just stared at me. Then without apologizing or anything, went and got only 2/3 of my sauces.I'm boycotting this location. Unless they get some training or an attitude check.BTW, the cook was the only one working instead of standing all huddled like a bunch of high schoolers eating food.Thank you cook!
Decent enough. Didn't care for staff casually touching their faces, hair, etc then handing plates, cups, etc with no hand washing. Respecting health codes should be intrinsic for all employees.
The place was filthy. Every single table had food on it. My food comes out and some ingredients are cooked and some of it wasn’t. The onions were hot but the spinach was cold. The shrimp was hot and the broccoli was cold. You can tell they haven’t cleaned their grill top in a while because every piece of shrimp had nasty gritty pieces of old food. Left the entire bowl on the nasty table and left.
