I had the pleasure of working with the crew at ALMAGRE for my event last week and 5 stars isn't enough to show my gratitude! First, the space is gorgeous and has a lovely esthetic! Both Kim and Danielle were so easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgable to help my event run smoothly. ALMAGRE is the perfect space for any event!!
Perfect amount of space for the size of the wedding ceremony and reception. Staff was friendly. Decorations were simple but elegant.
We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Almagre. This venue was fantastic for our wedding with only 50 guests — large enough to comfortably accommodate more, but small enough to still look full with 50. We were able to bring in any vendors we wanted, which made creating a very personalized and tailored wedding very easy. The staff were excellent to work with at all levels — everyone we interfaced with from management to bar staff was friendly and professional. The price for the venue was very reasonable, especially compared to other wedding venues and the options available at Almagre that aren’t always available elsewhere. I highly recommend this venue for events including weddings!
My (now) wife and I were supposed to get married at Amagre in December, 2020. We were very excited about this venue however, less than two weeks after securing our dates with a deposit, we received an email from the owner stating that, because of the pandemic, they would not be able to host our wedding. In that same email they made it a point to emphasize that our $1000+ deposit was nonrefundable and would not be returned. We essentially paid well over $1000 for Almagre to kick us to the curb. We do understand that the pandemic caused a lot of confusion and change over the past two years, however, Almagre really let us down in the way everything was handled. We ended up having to throw together a last-minute venue in our living room. The wedding was amazing but Almagre never reached out again after canceling on us to make sure everything was okay, never offered to try and make things right, and never inquired about how the wedding went. Almagre did offer to rebook our wedding on a future date but we ultimately have chosen to not rebook as we have already celebrated our marriage back in December. Rebooking for a “repeat wedding” would require entrusting this company with more of our time and money which is not something we feel is appropriate. Almagre really let us down.
My wife and I got married here in August of 2021.For us... The space is absolutely wonderful and breathtaking! The staff was friendly, helpful and all have amazing energy!! Throughout the process they answered all of our questions, offered their advice and connections for any wedding needs, and pulled it all together in the end. We love that we can go back to our Venue any time for a drink in the future to re-live the full experience. For our Guest... there was plenty of room, lots of parking and east to get to location (no matter that hotel or AirBNB they landed on). The large open area gave people the space they wanted if they needed it, while still being in the heart of the wedding. They too had only lovely things to say about the venue, staff and drinks that were served. We will always recommend Almagre to anyone looking for a venue or just simply looking for a place to grab a drink. You will be welcomed with a smile and you'll be sure to leave with one yourself!
ALMAGRE was the perfect venue for our holiday party. They had the most incredible team that helped us every step of the way. Truly a wonderful experience and I could not recommend this venue more!
That place is Amazing! The food is original and delicious, the craft cocktails are always great and the service is top notch! Definitely one of our favorite place in Colorado Springs!
Food was good. My favorite are the street tacos. Nice experience for being here for the first time.
Sorry, no pics but I have to say hands down the best customer service! My sister and I just went for dinner last night, the cocktails were amazing, very creative and tasty, the food was great and the portions were enough to fill you but not be overstuffed. I will definitely go again.
