Wonderful place. Showed up just at Happy hour and was pleasantly surprised to see that the traditional "bar food" was not there. Instead, a warm welcoming of comfort foods and restaurant quality fare. The barmaid noted that there was no heat lamps or microwaves in the kitchen! My daughter and I split a pizza with 3 dollars off for hh , but the bloody mary would have been enough to tied me over till dinner. The pizza came out and set at our table in a pan that looked as old as me (68), and seasoned to it's peak. A beautiful cheese pull, needing a fork to assist getting all the goodness that pie has to offer. Heading back to California but will be back to try the pot roast and cheese steak sandwich that is so good and popular, that they they were out at the time of our visit. The service was outstanding and the girls working were very pleasant and at the end of their shift was even more impressive as most are dog tired, at the end and had enough. Even after clocking out they came and thanked us for coming by.Great atmosphere all around, with some locals that have been going there since day one, and for good reason . Only gave it a 4 rating cause I want to try more of their fare.

Staff was so friendly and helpful food was delicious.
Awesome atmosphere and better staff. Food is excellent with the best ingredients used in creative ways.
One reason the RJG likes The Public House is they have a unique selection of craft beers, not just the same old ones everyone else has. As for entrees, we both went for... stop me if this doesn't sound familiar... Cuban's! So my 5th Cuban in two weeks. Theirs is a very good interpretation with pulled pork, ham, and pickled carrots. Now the latter may sound kind of yucky, but the key word is "pickled". Adds the perfect tangy balance. Great bread as well. Comes with fries (or salad if you choose). Why be healthy? Their fries are thick cut and golden brown. And delicious. Goes very well with those yummy beers, of which we each had two. Service was attentive and fun on this visit. I have a note from the earlier visits that I enjoyed the green chile mac n' cheese. So file that away too. The Public House anchors a strip mall, just off of 115. It's a welcoming space with plenty of seating (inside and out) and a full bar.
First time at The Public House and it was fantastic. Burgers, fries, and pretzels -- all were tasty and damn-near perfect. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and really good selection of local craft beers. We'll be back!
Typical looking bar and grill with good service and good food. Went during lunch on weekday and seated quickly. I tried the burger with onions rings. The burger was really flavorful and juicy. The onion rings were thinly battered to perfection. The ranch dressing was thick and homemade-like. Sitting near the door was very chilly with each door open. Overall would eat at again.
Been coming here since they opened and have always had a good meal. Today stood out because I sat at the bar with my brother, who is autistic. He can easily get overwhelmed and today the restaurant was packed and the staff were hustling! The bartender did not let that stop him from being patient and even chatting with my brother a bit- little things like showing him the ginger beer can so he could remember the brand.Kudos. Love you guys.
We got the craft burger with creamed spinach and the rampart Ruben with brussel sprouts the app was the loaded pub chips food was outstanding and the service was excellent
I won't go back. I had the street tacos because the waitress said they were great. No, they weren't. They were very dry, no flavor, and the green chili dip was not good. My other guests had chicken wings and chicken pot sticks. Both were good. The noise was too loud, and the inside echoed horribly. If you are hard of hearing, don't go here. This is a bar!
