We went there for lunch today for the first time and was greeted with professionalism, the atmosphere was enjoyable, not noisy and seemed everyone was enjoying their orders. While waiting on our lunch we seen several meals being delivered to other patrons and each of those orders looked delicious and couldn’t wait to get ours. When ours arrived my jaw dropped at the presentation of a couple wonderful looking sandwiches and after the first bite, it couldn’t have been made any better!!! We definitely will return!!

The food was excellent. The staff members were kind and attentive. Ordering was a breeze and we had no trouble finding a seat, even on a busy Saturday morning. Tall ceiling, great music, open air. Perfect experience!

Just came in this morning to get some gluten-free treats for my sister. Decided to have breakfast with the kids. The burritos are huge and delicious! A must try!

The veggie bagel is unreal. The produce they use is so fresh. The veggie cream cheese to die for. It is HUGE. (Yes there is a bagel under all of those veggies!) We also got cocktails which were fantastic and the cafecito is a must for espresso lovers. Overall, excellent experience and friendly workers. Thanks!

Great place! Atmosphere is awesome! The service is so good as well as the food! Such a relaxing place to enjoy a meal! ??

After a lazy start to a Sunday morning, I drifted down to The Exchange for a quick brunch option.I was able to beat the rush and order a tostada cubano (plain Cuban bread), 2 empanadas and a M&M Cookie. My wife loved her Cuban bread. It’s the only place in Colorado Springs currently who serves Cuban bread on its own. Hopefully one day they can start selling loads of Cuban bread! The empanadas were class. Crunchy on the outside and plentiful fillings on the inside, the empanadas were always in tact. Warming these up and dipping them into the chimichurri sauce is a game-changer. Plus the size of these match the price point. You won’t feel skimped but any means when ordering this famous Cuban pastry. The M&M cookie, while massive in size also had a great flavor profile. Heavy handed on the M&Ms this cookie brought some heavy childhood nostalgia. The texture while harder than most fits the structural integrity of this color. The M&Ms are baked into the chocolate chip base of the cookie which makes the texture of the cookie consistent throughout every bite. Between this and the empanada, I was leaving as a happy customer.Overall, I’m convinced that even the pickiest eaters can find something to eat here without sacrificing on quality. As a result, it makes sense why The Exchange is always packed throughout the mid-morning with customers.

This is the coffee shop and eatery from which to measure the top end of locations in downtown Colorado Springs! If you need gluten free, they got you covered with outstanding options for those with a sweet tooth, and those that prefer something savory. Their coffee and tea options have a nice twist. All my friends and family, who have visited, are beyond impressed. A must for you if you want a comfy experience, that offers outside seating, and delectable delights!

One of my favorite local spots. The coffee is always amazing and the food even better! Breakfast burrito is off the charts. Smother it with green chile. It's more than a meal and will leave you coming back for more. Could not stop eating it! Delicious! Great atmosphere. Excellent spot to meet a friend or get some work done. Highly recommended!

I've picked up family meals before....and they were delicious. But today, we went into the restaurant to eat and I cannot say enough nice things about this place. The staff was all so pleasant and helpful (we couldn't make up our minds on coffee drinks), the atmosphere is relaxed but still very nice and warm... not stuffy if you know what I mean. A place you feel comfortable to enjoy your meal. Seemed like many locals enjoying their Saturday morning. I guess they have daily specials...today was tacos. Holy moly, no exaggeration, the BEST TACOS I've ever had....best green sauce ?. Liked them so much, ordered some for dinner tonight. I'll be ordering Cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning ?. If you live up north...I'd say it's definitely worth the drive downtown!! We didn't have one, but they have a huge menu for Bloody Marys.

This place is literally a GEM. The food is great, there is so much to choose from. The drinks are tasty. The staff is friendly. I love this place and come here often! It’s one of my favorites. ?
