This was a really good place.the reason for 4stars is my water ran out multiple times and we were the only guests in the restaurant.the food was good but I have definitely had amazing Thai food that blows this Thai food out of the water.I will try them again just because of how picky and particular I am about certain foods. this being one of them.
This place is not half bad. The food is very tasty, the staff is very friendly, and their prices are more than reasonable. I went with a friend and we ordered an appetizer, two main courses, and a Thai iced tea, all for a grand total of $27.56! I've spent much more in a fast food restaurant! On a separate note, the place can use a little TLC in the decor department, but if you're not aiming for a romantic, candlelight dinner and just want to enjoy a good meal (alone or with friends), I give this place a "Go!"
This is THE place for delicious Thai cuisine. We had the lunch special L4 Basil with Chicken, Yellow Curry L13 with Tofu and Papaya Salad. The lunch special comes with Thai Tea and an egg roll. Our server was awesome and the price was perfect.
Wow. Definitely the cleanest restaurant I’ve visited in Colorado Springs. The staff is also so kind and considerate. I have a severe nut allergy and the waitress was so careful with my order. I’ve had bad experiences with that in the past and it was such a relief to see someone really caring about that. Also the food, absolutely amazing. Everything is made to order, piping hot, and tastes so fresh. Genuinely the best place to eat since I’ve moved to Colorado. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Pros.1. Lunch special: 11 am - 3 pm everyday2. Ambience3. Good portion4. The waitress is attentive and kind.Con.Pad Thai is too sweet.
Thai Taste Cuisine is humble, a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall on the Located on the North side of Colorado Springs. I find myself frequently diving into hidden corners to find the best of meals.Dining by myself for a late lunch, I was delighted to find the recommendation of Thai Taste Cuisine from a friend exceeded expectations! The Thai tea would give any southerner’s sweet tea a run for their money - it is iced black tea with a splash of sweetened condensed milk.Soft piano music set the relaxed afternoon mood. I dined at 1pm, well after the lunch rush ended. However, the restaurant had no shortage of diners. It was really quite impressive and spoke to the quality of the food. The lunch specials include Thai tea, a spring roll, and choice of entree for a very reasonable amount, less than $10. I chose shrimp pad Thai, as I have a serious love affair with peanuts. When I was pregnant, apples with peanut butter were my daily craving. We have a peanut allergy in our home, so I always enjoy a rogue outing to enjoy my contraband.I ordered my shrimp pad Thai with mild heat. That said, the heat of the dish was pleasant and noted, which paired perfectly with the sweet chilled Thai tea.The spring roll was everything one could hope for - crisp flaky fried exterior and creamy yet al dente vegetable crunch on the inside.I would absolutely recommend Thai Taste Cuisine to satisfy your next Thai food craving!
I've only had take out from this spot, so I cannot speak to wait times or service. But when picking up my food, the staff has been courteous and professional. The estimate when ordering online is on par with when the food is ready. This is my favorite Thai place in the Springs. It's consistently delicious. Even with the drive time of take out, the food is not dried out or over cooked. I know what I will receive when I order from this place, and that is comforting.Their donuts are a household favorite, and the crab ragoons are delicious. We consistently order the mild fried rice and pad Thai. But of the other dishes I have sampled, I have not had a dish I didn't enjoy.
Having been to Thailand, this food was absolutely amazing and true to the roots! They are well priced and get busy. Our server wasn't as chatty (and didn't seem in the best of moods), but another young lady came out from the kitchen and was very friendly (which clearly made up for it). We will go back for sure! Thanks!
This is the best Thai joint in town, and it isn’t even close. I’ve eaten at good Thai places in big cities, and for a long time there hasn’t been anything comparable in the Springs. There is now. This place is great by any standard.
The lunch menu is great and it’s well worth it. We tried fried rice and Tom yam soup and both are great.
