We are from out of town meeting up with family members. We wanted to eat at a steakhouse that we didn't have back home in Georgia. We were told this place is great. I ordered a salad as a side and it came out in a massive bowl. Easily big enough for 3 people to eat. The steak was amazing. It didn't need any sauce, but I always use sauce. I literally had no complaints with this experience. This place actually has 2 restaurants in one. A steak house and a BBQ place. Give it a try.
We went for a special occasion and while the server was attentive and awesome the food,specifically the T-bones were full of fat, which in my opinion, should have been trimmed better. When you're paying over $30 for a piece of meat I expect better. Disappointed to say the least...?

I use to eat here all the time years ago was always a great experience. I recently ordered 26oz porterhouse medium rare and the loaded baked potato soup and a baked potato for dinner. The steak seemed like it was cooked just fine, tasted ok. The next morning I was forced out of bed early finding myself with mild food poisoning with my meal coming out of both ends. I saw my steak dinner in my toilet in more ways than one. I have never experienced food poisoning from steak or such an expensive resturant before. Clearly this restaurant has changed and for the worse. I will never be going back there again.
Went and tried this place for the first time and I enjoyed it. Jalapeño cheddar sausage was smokey and flavorful, the brisket was tender, and the mashed potatoes and broccoli were great sides with the meal. The drinks were a little sweet, but they were still really tasty and the peach cobble was delicious. I didn't catch our waiters' name, but he was truly great. He checked on us frequently and brought our drinks and food out very quick. We were also sat next to some other customers who were a little rude about us having our child with us, who yes was talking a little loud, but was not misbehaving or being disruptive, and the waiter kindly stood up for us and apologized for how the other customers were behaving. Would definitely come back!P.S. I just want to say thank you so much to our waiter if he happens to see this for standing up for our toddler who wasn't doing anything wrong and encouraging us to not worry about how the other table was behaving
I would like to say this place was great but the food was burnt. I paid over 200 dollars for 4 adults, 2 kids it was way over priced. 3 burgers Two tbones some CRAFT Mac and cheese if I knew it was so bad I could have spent 50 bucks and made this food and actually enjoy it at home unlike eating burnt steak I would have cooked it myself. I have always been a person of flavor when I cook I always have compliments; I'm no chef or nor do I have a degree to cook, but that was gross my cooking 8 their cooking 3.
The service was absolutely terrible especially the manager. The BBQ was OK except the ribs you couldn't pull them apart with a chain saw. It was dirty and it wasn't even real busy. The steaks were all over cooked. They also don't tell you they add gratitude, which gratitude is fine but you need to tell the customer. Especially sense there server didn't deserve even half the gratitude he got. Don't go here. Go to Roadhouse even instead.
I just got home from lunch. My steak was fatty, and tough. Took 3 bites. I brought home my salad and left the steak. I was disappointed. I left there hungry! Won't be Back
The waiter was great. The new menu sucks. The Texas-tbone part of the menu was cut in half which I why I used to enjoy this place.The window where we sat had dirt and lots of dead fly in it.If you're going to charge $20 plus a plate I would like real plates not metal ones. Needless to say I will probably never return here again. Maybe if they drop the Famous Daves part and turn back into a place I did enjoy.
Always looking for another top-quality restaurant in restaurant-poor Colirado Springs, so I tried this place on the recommendation of a friend. A she was right! This place serves the most awesome steaks I have had in years. Outdoes any other steakhouse in the Springs. Huge, thick, juicy steaks grilled to perfection, so don't fill up.on the awesome salads they serve. Try it!
