Well that’s the first and last time I ever get Texas Road House to go. Steak was suppose to be medium rare yet was actually cold in the middle, cold broccoli not fully steamed and tasted old and the photo is the “Loaded Mash Potatoes”with barely l any cheese or sour cream that came with it, yet they charge extra for. Honestly this location use to be one of the best however even the last time I was dinning in I had a piece of the grill brush in my steak, yet the manager didn’t do anything about it. I’m getting to the point where I try to limit where I eat out because it’s always disappointing. I honestly could have cooked a better steak myself for $20.
The service couldn't have been better. We arrived around 5:00PM, July 2nd 2022. This was an extremely busy weekend in the springs. Our party of 3 was greeted at the door and told to wait for a few minutes inside for a table. We were greeted by a very nice young lady around 5 minutes later and brought to our booth. We informed our waitress Jasmine that it had been a long time since we have eaten at a TRH. We were soon visited by the manager at our table, informed she would be treating us as new customers, and went over a few talking points with us (bread made daily, all beef hand cut in house daily). Everyone working at this location gave off a professional, hustling and working hard vibe. Tables were bused immediately after folks left and everyone seemed to be served in a quick manner. All of our steaks were perfectly cooked and absolutely everything we ordered was delicious and immaculate. We were celebrating my brothers birthday and he was given a free ice-cream dessert. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfectly cooked steak, cold beer, or a delicious blooming onion to name a few. We also tried the apple pie a lamode' and it was to die for. I will say that the bill can be a little in the higher region, but there are some affordable options as well. Kids night Tuesdays for 1.99$ a child. Thanks to to all the polite ladies that made our night special.
Food was decent, but messed up multiple parts of my order. My Ft. Worth Ribeye was ordered Medium Raw and when I cut into it, it was barely seared and almost purple. Ordered Loaded Mashed Pitatoes and didn't get any of the sides. The rest of my orders were okay.
Everything is good. Service and everything. The only thing wrong is... if you get on wait list at the front PhD the business.. your walt timmer is 50-50 minutes NO MATTER WHAT. We sat andwatched 100.
Sad to say for the fact I use to work for the Texas road house corporation, their kids meals ALWAYS disappoint. And we always do not receive the kids drinks when we do pick up order, highly disappointed. I only am giving an extra star because at least the adults food is correct and NOT burnt like the kids steak bites. The steak bites that not one but two toddlers received, I wouldn't feed it to my dogs.
It was a very busy night for them so I was expecting a long wait and rocky service. But it was great. Our waiter Aaron was amazing and went above and beyond. Moved quickly and efficiently always making sure we had exactly what we wanted. Had a great experience and really hope to have him again in the future. If I could give more starts I definitely would!
Fabulous service at the bar despite the initial stipulation about seating. I had wanted a booth but was told since I was a single I needed to sit on the high stools at the bar, although I was confused why some other patron was clearly a single as well but got a booth nearby. As first I thought the other customer was waiting for another party but as time progressed that didn't happen. Maybe that customer fibbed to the hostess to get their choice in seating. Otherwise, the double standards didn't seem cool. I should have inquired but I decided to enjoy the baseball game on the TV.The meal was prompt and tasted fresh. This was the first time I'd had a steak out since the pandemic. It was cooked just slightly over medium rare, not as pink as medium rare like I ordered but I ate it like it was. Not the most tender cut or the most flavorful prime rib I've ever had (my ex and I had prime rib at Denny's of all places back in the day that was much better,) but otherwise it was a nice meal. The baked potato was fluffy and the salad so good I took it home for later. It was a really enjoyable treat but I'm sorry to say not excellent.
We had a great night celebrating good grades from my little princess. Their steaks are always delicious! Texas Roadhouse is probably my favorite dine-in chain restaurant in America. I don't go out to eat often. Being a single dad, it's definitely a treat when I can afford to take my daughter out to a nice place. Texas Roadhouse doesn't disappoint. It's always worth the price when we come here!
The customer service was amazing Amanda was on her service she gave awesome customer service thank you
