Call in an order at 6 pm on a Tuesday, one burger with fries and crab cake appetizer and and one strawberry shortcake dessert. 6:30 I go pick up and wait until 6:47 to get meal. And it had obviously been sitting at the back not bagged up. It takes about seven minutes to get to my home and all of it was cold and the pickles had mold. Not at all pleased and it’s too expensive not to have it hot when I’m standing there waiting for it. And the pickles… and let me tell you they were not that busy. The bar wasn’t e full so not impressed.

Came to the shopping center to shop and stopped at Ted's. The food and the service was amazing! The waitress was consistent with refilling our drinks and was very polite. The manager was also friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed! We had the 14oz Buffalo ribeye steaks and they were cooked to perfection. The sides were all great and well cooked. I recommend getting the Buffalo sliders as a starter. Definitely recommend going to this restaurant and checking it out!

Upscale restaurant with great food and excellent service from our server Charlie. The hostess had a hard time staying up front to greet people, including us. Something kept drawing her attention to other waitstaff or her phone. We got there 30 minutes after opening and she couldn't quite figure out if we could sit in an empty booth with 3 total customers in the restaurant. I was considering leaving the restaurant but our server was there quickly.Charlie our sever also helped elderly customers out of the front door, because the hostess had to do something other than her job. I watched throughout our whole meal as this hostess consistently wasn't at the front door by the hostess stand to greet anyone. That she has been employed long enough for it to get to this point says something about management. Does the manager not care about first impressions? A Walmart greeter would have been a better choice for a hostess.Charlie our server was fantastic. He was everything a server/waiter should be: attentive, unassuming, and helpful with the menu. The bison steak was a great choice, and I was pleased with my sides also.The manager needs to think about whether they care about their restaurant's image.

We made reservations over the phone. We arrived early and was greeted and sat promptly by a very smiling hostess.Ashley greeted us and introduced herself off the bat. Thanking us for coming in and bringing new guest.She explained the high lights of Ted'sAnd impressed us with a pallet cleaning. LolAshley is professional and a 5 Star server.I could not have been more impressed with her 12 steps of service all the way to check and thank you Goodbye.Food is amazing as well. Bison is definitely a true Wonderful taste of lean meat.The chili was yummy on the nachos. And the orders all cooked to perfection.Everyone received their food all at the same time. And Strawberry shortcake just like momma use to make.All in All this place is a great place to receive excellent service.Thanks Ashley for making memories!!We will be back.

I came in the other night after a reccomendation. There was a short 10 minute wait, but only because it was busy. The waiter was thorough in explaining the restaurant being unique for creating every item on the menu from scratch and there being no microwave in the building!The huckleberry margarita was excellent, and their bison steaks are flavorful. The quality is great. The food came out quickly as wellStaff is attentive and the food is phenomenal. You won't have a bad experience here by any means.

This was my 1st experience with take out at we'd take out a chance and it was awful. Absolutely awful. 1st my food was 30 minutes late. Both hamburgers were supposed to be done medium rare they were both of medium well when I received them. The French fries were poured on top of the chili which made them uy and gooey and disgusting. The salads were done ahead of time and were warm. Thank goodness I had them put the dressing on the side otherwise I wouldn't even be able to eat them. The take out containers were poured with the lettuce way it advanced and the lettuce was warm and uncrispy to put on the hamburger. $46 worth of garbage. I want a full refund.

Miss Kendal (mngr) and Mr. Bird the head chef was so nice. They made up for what the actual bartender could not. I don't know what the bartender deal was but he didn't even knowledge or look my way. That's okay.... he had lost a good tip!The food was awesome...it seems to be a classy place. It's decorated how it would be if I wanted to attend something mixed with Montana meets the Colby (80's Dynasty daycore) and also with a old school type of feel to it.People still do not know how to dress right. It seemed like it would be business casual but as I stated before people do not care on how to dress themselves now days.But I accidentally came here which I was trying to order from a different restaurant that serves Bison burgers in Boulder, Colorado. I drove all the way down to Colorado Springs thinking I had order from there.It seems like they have these different Ted's Montana grills around the United States. And as some of us know, God has a hand in everything I'm sure this was not an accident!

The Fish sandwich was good but it was about half it's usual size. Service has always been an issue. If there are only 5 people eating, just plan to be served at their own pace. If they ask "how do you want your burger cooked?" just plan on it being however they want to cook it.Also, after a couple of decades eating here, plan on them not bringing you dinner rolls upon request 18 out of 20 times. I've asked for dinner rolls 3 times in one sitting and still didn't get them.You might get your iced tea refilled once per sitting. The overall summary is I like certain items but they've never given excellent service in 20 years, the best service I've ever gotten was just "good!"

Made reservation, arrived on time and was seated. Then, received text messages asking if we wanted to cancel our reservation. In the past this restaurant has been one of our favorites. Placed our order. Mine was a burger well done. My wife and I always share a meal. Food came and when we cut a portion for my wife it was not cooked. I mean the inside was raw. No problem, flagged our server and he took the plate away and later the kitchen brought out another plate with a burger. The plate did not have fries. We were told fries were coming. At this point my wife had finished her meal. I started eating the meal and left a portion to eat with the fries. Meal was getting cold and I decided to finish eating. Sever came to check on us and we requested the check. It that point we requested that they take something off for not providing fries. The server stated they couldn't take anything off and that they would send fries to go instead. I challenged that idea and after waiting more time for a check they did take charges off the check. This looks like a sign of a previous good establishment that has lost the ability to provide reasonable service and quality food.
