Best Mediterranean food in CO springs. Hummus is good. Falafel is the right size. The people who work at the store are very kind. I highly recommend supporting this business.

One of my favorite places downtown. Small, locally owned and ran. Staff is incredibly kind, they feed their patrons regardless of their ability to pay and you can also pay it forward towards those less fortunate. While sitting in the cafe to read after my snack I experienced multiple people come in that the server recognized and congratulated on birthdays or just happy to see them again. The atmosphere and positivity makes it easy to forget youre in a big(ish) city.

Delicious food and love that they will feed anyone if they are hungry. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Delicious! I had the chicken shawarma plate and everything was really delicious. The chicken was tender and well spiced and the hummus and salad were really tasty too. And the pita was warm and slightly toasted to perfection!

Really enjoyed my first visit to TofJ. Ordered the ultimate plate and vegetarian platter. Both had amazing flavors and were super fresh and cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the Tabbouleh salad. It was fresh and tasty. The only thing I wish they included was rice with the plates as a side. I will be returning.

Sweet folks... Feeding those who can't afford it. I wish more places were like that. It's why I give them 3 stars. It's why I'll probably go there again. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing at the wrong time but you'd think a Gyro would be pretty standard faire at a place called Taste of Jerusalem. The pita was gluey, sticky and flaccid. Tzasiki was scantily added and strangely too sour, meat was dry and bland. Shredded lettuce on a Gyro?! Was just wrong and gross.

The food is good with great service of a small staff. Liked the contribution the business makes to those who are hungry

We tried the beef and lamb kabob, very delicious, nicely marinated. Recommended if you are in Colorado Springs downtown.

Baklava too sweet.Rest of food good.Could of done WITHOUT Rude, nasty & TACKY !!!!! comment from worker telling my sweetheart as he handed him a bunch of one's, since he was out of bigger bills, that he's now ready for the strip clubs !!!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. My friend wanted water to drink, but the soda machine was not working properly (according to the guy behind the counter), so my friend was told she could buy a bottle of water instead. Doesn’t water come out of the tap? All we got was surly attitude from the guy behind the counter. The table we sat at had no salt in the salt shaker and no sugar packets. My friend had to forage at other tables for both. When paying for my meal—just after ordering—I was given the option of leaving a tip on the payment pad. I wish I hadn’t done so. There was no service provided that warranted tipping for—and the dude wasn’t even friendly! Can you ask for your tip back? We won’t be back.
