If you like just snacking or having a little of everything(like I do), then tapas is your dream come true. Everything was superb and the restaurant and staff were just right. From roasted garlic bulb, to hummus, to scallops with endive, to bison carpaccio, to amazing meatballs and salmon tartare.....everything tasted sooooo good.

A must have if you visit Colorado Springs. The tapas are delicious, flavor combinations are so amazing. The sangria was delicious refreshing and not overwhelming on the wine or citrus side it is an amazing balanced perfect sangria. The pulled pork tacos, fig/chorizo, and charcuterie board was delicious. Great meat and cheese combinations. Amazing quality! Put on you must have while in Colorado Springs.
My husband and I tried out this place for a late lunch. We liked the very snug atmosphere, and impressed with their wine selection. The staff was friendly and offered their favorites and recommendations. We ordered different things including, goat cheese salad, mushrooms on toast, escargot, meatballs, mussels, and a dessert mousse. The goat cheese salad was good, but could use a little more dressing. Mushrooms on toast were finely chopped, but delicious! The meatballs had yummy sauces, but could be cooked a tad longer. The mussels were a tad dry and the sauce.overpowered any taste of the mussels. The escargot was good, but there were cooked out of the shell. We personally think that they would taste better if cooked in the shell. Last, the Caramel mousse was heavenly! I would come back for every meal just for that!
The paella was incredible. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back. The weather kept us from the patio but it looked very inviting for the next time.
The food is delicious, I'm convinced there's something for everyone !! The kitchen staff should be proud because they made our night after a mistake was made during the order , we will be back though , be sure and get gelato for desert ! Great dinner atmosphere ( we love old colorado city ) Make sure you're clear about your order , the portions are designed to be shared so make sure you know that, otherwise it maybe assumed that your sharing !!
By far the best tapas I've had in the U.S. On both days, we were served by friendly wait staff who knew the menu. Reasonable prices considering excellent quality. Wine and spirit prices were not unreasonable either.

Tapateria is one of my absolute favorite spots here in the Springs. We love bringing out of town guests, celebrating or just coming to enjoy their delicious tapas. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. And everything is gluten free!!
