I ordered Carne asada nachos and there were barely any chips. Usually the food is great just a bad day I guess.
First time there, told the guy that, ordered two beef tacos on soft corn tortillas, These tacos are very plain tasting, their red sauce is too hot and has minimal flavor, they didn’t even give me plastic silverware so now I’m eating a pile of tacos that fell apart with my fingers and I don’t have many napkins. Not great !

Ordered Carne asada fries and the fries are completely not cooked. What a disappointment and rip off to not be able to eat or even attempt to fix it

Well, I ordered a burrito with sour cream, and they definitely charged me for it.Found out there was no sour cream in there. But it was after I left, so I tried calling. No phone number. Go back to the location to see a sign on the window that says that you must find mistakes while you're in the drive-thru. How am I going to open up all the burritos and look inside each one to make sure they did their job?My expectations aren't very high for most places, but if you're going to charge me a $1.50 or something for sour cream, I want it. $10 breakfast burrito.... Cheap, fast, and consistently delicious. Their chile relleños are awesome, and I love their breakfast burritos and plates. Beans are kinda meh. Their red salsa was unexpectedly crazy hot, but really good.
Been going here since 2009 and it’s been great up until new management. Ordered tacos and the meat tasted very bland.
Soggy quesadillas with no taste it’s just spicy .. bland chicken. They took long too.
