Absolutely awesome vibes! Great coffee! Mira’s Waffles is another great feature to the atmosphere! Coffee art by Alivia is top notch!
It took me 3 visits to finally try the granola bowl and WOW - this might be my new favorite snack in the Springs!! Coffee is great, space is beautiful, they sell a variety of beans (thank you for the decaf option!), and food is unreal. Healthy & gluten free options, too! My favorite work spot.
So I’m down in Colo Springs today to take my pup to the vet and needed a place to work while I wait! We’ll switchback is awesome. Big bright space on the corner. The employees are sweet. The latte was delicious. The granola was amazing!!!! It looks like ice cream with toppings which I thought was super fun. Large serving. I truly appreciate that the yogurt isn’t sweetened - I dislike sweet yogurt with sweet granola so it was perfectly balanced! Everything thus far was delightful. If I stay for lunch I’ll report back on other food.
Website has separate menu for each location but it does NOT reflect current menu. Come on, that should be super easy to update. Also, no sugar for the coffee, you can either have stevia or the barista will dump some simple syrup in which just didn’t taste right, the coffee was better black.Awesome location, great atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff, good food and good coffee, but lazy ownership/management lets this place down.
The coffee wasn't that great and they seemed have a small selection. However, the overall environment was so calm and peaceful, even while it was busy. It was a lovey settings outside and the inside was clean. The employees were very respectful and kind. The bathroom weren't as clean as I'd hoped and barely worked, but other than that this was a very nice hangout spot.
This is such a cute little coffee shop. We stopped in here on a snowy day and got their avocado toast and Chai tea. Even though we carried out it was such a beautiful place. The atmosphere was really fun with good music, decor, and lots of seating. Food was delicious and it was a perfect snack on a cold day.
Not impressed.Staff is NOT friendly, asked a few questions (first time here) and felt like I was interrupting their (staff) day.Got short rib sandwich, came out stone cold even though they brought out same order food separately.Location does not offer condiments for sandwiches (asked for ketchup or aoli)My ladies Honey Lavender latte was lacking in flavor.Staff was more concerned with gossip between each other (listened as they cleaned tables around us) vs asking sitting customers how their experience and items were.Asked for to go cup 3 times with 2 different people.
Every time I come here it’s excellent. Perfect atmosphere, great staff, and great coffee! Love the pour overs here and they always have quality beans! Definitely a favorite.
A great little coffee shop. Had a few lattes here in our week in Colorado Springs and they were all fantastic. Highly suggest adding their vanilla syrup!
It’s okay. I would wait for the construction to be finished. Also know there is no parking at the Institute location. You park on the street. We had to park a block away. Server was friendly. food Menu limited because of the construction. Food was okay. Place is clean. Chai was okay.
