Great place and wonderful staff
My favorite Colorado sushi bar! I've been twice since moving here recently from Hawaii and I have been impressed by absolutely everything and everyone in the house. Their unagi and seared ahi are among the best I've had. Try the upsidedown shrimp, and the tempura scallop-stuffed crab stick thing... sorry, the name escapes me.
This IS the sushi spot. The owner and his crew are amazing at what they do. The quality of the fish is fresh, the A La Carte menu is much more preferable than the conventional all you can eat. There’s a great fish selection, not too much rice and plenty of fish. Great quick lunch spot!
The owner is amazing and the crew are a ton of fun to chat with at the bar. The sushi is some of the freshest in the city and I will go out of my way to eat here. On a personal note they deal well with my crazy kids when we come in also. Thank you Sushi Spot for being awesome! BTW - they have an extensive Japanese Whisky collection to help everything go down as well!!
We have been staying with some friends that know the owner while visiting Colorado. They talked this place up quite a bit, and The Sushi Spot delivered on all the talk. Great sushi and great service. Will definitely be coming back the next time we're in town
This is the best place for sushi, the flavors are ammmazing and the prices are good as well, it was an amazing experience!

This is probably my favorite local spot for sushi! I’ll gladly make the 30 minute drive across town for it. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and sushi choices.

Absolutely mind-blowingly incredible. The fish was fresh and very high quality, the presentation was amazing, and the flavors were spot on. These guys know what they're doing!
