Had all you can eat and it was great. The quality is unmatched within Colorado Springs for sushi. The garden of the gods roll was remarkable. Elvis kept the rolls coming and recommended many different types of nigiri I’ve never had, I enjoyed it all. But honestly, Elvis himself is probably the best part of the restaurant. He’s a genuine person, and made me feel welcomed
We LOVE sushi ring! This place is an absolute gem with great sushi! So fresh and full of flavor! It's worth every penny spent! Elvis is an amazing man with love for his customers and what he does! Thank you Elvis...we love coming to see you!
Elvis has been running this show for a long time and it is a spot many locals and military folks know and love. This is not a pretentious, Instagram-ready sushi bar. This is more indicative of what you might find in Japan: Fresh fish, expertly served by a friendly man who takes pride in his work. The quality is fantastic. The service is always top notch. Impatience is unattractive, so if you come in with a McDonald's attitude, you're not going to be happy. Elvis will make you off-menu rolls if you ask him. If you want casual, quality, all-you-can-eat sushi, this is the place to go. You can also get sukiyaki and other options if there's one in your group who doesn't like fish. The menu denotes which rolls include raw fish and which do not, to make it easier to decide what to get. You come here for the sushi and you stay for Elvis.
I’m always a fan of all you can eat sushi and don’t mind paying the price for quality sushi.Regrettably the items we tried (for the most part) we’re lacking in flavor. The presentation was good and the fish tasted fresh.
Very delicious sushi and wonderful staff! Elvis is super friendly and attentive, gave great suggestions and sushi was well made and tasty!
Sushi Ring is an amazing hidden gem of dining in Colorado Springs. intimate atmosphere with wall to wall Elvis Presley memorabilia. The head sushi chef goes by Elvis and the regulars address him as such. Actual Traditional Japanese made by Japanese people. I had the Sukiyaki hotpot and was blown away by how delicious it was!Far and away the best sushi and traditional Japanese food. Menu is a little limited, but everything is superb quality. If there was a rating above 5, Sushi Ring deserves it for flavor, service, & authenticity. Amazing view of the mountains from this little shop too. I WILL be back!Thank you Elvis and team!
I've been coming here off and on for several years. Every time I do, I get Upside Down Shrimp. It's the best and my favorite thing on the menu, period!! Elvis is just a wonderful and funny guy, a true gem and treasure who must be talked with while you're sitting at the bar to eat. All-You-Can-Eat is the best way to go and you'll leave stuffed full of great sushi. If you don't leave stuffed, then it's your own fault.
Wasn't too excited considering its kinda like a hole in the wall but, I was very wrong. The food here is fantastic, made fresh so be patient. Ate here on vacation with family. The bento box was awesome, very tasty. The sushi has many varieties and the all you can eat is a great deal. Elvis is a nice man who came to our table to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The service was awesome too, definitely will be returning.
Elvis is one of a kind, great hole in the wall that is truly delicious
I was super excited taking my mom out to a new sushi spot, only to be greatly disappointed. The place is dirty. The table was sticky. I only took a few pictures, but the bathroom was gross. The food was also unimpressive, honestly you'd be better off grabbing sushi from the grocery store deli, especially for the cost. $29 per person for the lunch buffet. Which I wouldn't mind paying, except this place just was not good. There are really great places in town, this is not one of them.
