Just moved to the area and thought I would give it a try. Seeing it was in a strip mall I figured I would do take out but after going inside I almost changed my mind. Very cute inside as long as you don't look up at the black painted drip ceiling. Even sit on floor option. Service was prompt and business like but quick and well done. I got a specialty roll, crouching tiger, which was excellent and loaded... also got a California roll which was great value and excellent. Got organic greens salad. Just a handful of mixed greens...good but nothing to write home about. Will definitely be back and eat inside this time. Sushi chefs were both very friendly and made a point to wish me well on way out.

Great, fresh sushi! We ordered to-go when we arrived and it took longer than we thought it would (about 45 minutes), however you could tell all the rolls were made fresh - some of the best sushi I’ve had. I recommend calling ahead if you’re doing a take out order. We will definitely be coming back whether it’s in person or to order for home.

Definitely one of my favorite sushi spots. Great date night spot. Excellent service and they even have outdoor seating.

I ? loved this place! I cannot say enough good things about Sushi O Sushi. We came for my son's 21st birthday and had a great time!! The food was Spacktackular! The sushi ? was fresh, they had a wide variety of choices from sashimi plates to your basic sushi roll?. Lots of choices of fish ?. You can get Octipus, Squid, Sea Urchin, Yellowfin & Ahi tuna, Salmon, Whitefish, Fish Eggs and a large varity of other types of sea creatures to try on they're menu. They have spicy & mild options to taste...just all around excellent food!I had to try they're Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box ? which was delicious. There were tempura ? fried shrimp & veggies, plenty of sticky ? rice and yummy salad ? in the box.The desert was awesome, we got the Fried Tempura Cheesecake with ice cream which was large enough to share between 3 people. Sooo Excellent! They do have some nice alcoholic?drink options as well, ofcourse they have hot Sake?and some flavorful mixed drinks that you simply must try. ?This place was surprisingly excellent for a Sushi Restaurant in a strip mall...But dont let that turn you away, I highly recommend you try it if you like Sushi.Blessed Be

At best the food is exactly what you'd expect. At worst: tempura was undercooked, shirmp was old or off, the crunchy roll was 50% shrimp tail, and worst of all was that the owners were willing to refund one item out of the two we sent back. Our waitress was amazing and the only reason I didn't storm off in a huff. There are much better sushi spots in the springs.

Excellent little sushi place, first time there with our friends. They only live a few miles away but will be returning often. Service was good and the sushi was outstanding. My favorite was the jalapeño cheese roll.

First experience wasn't bad. The music didn't seem like it went w the place and it was super loud they were kind enough to turn it down. The sashimi was nice and tasty, the chicken udon was ok just a little lacking flavor just in my opinion. It's cool they will deep fry any sushi roll for you. It's hard to get into the table also tight squeeze. But cuz of some of the things It's getting 4 ?.

Honestly this is one of my favorite sushi spots! I LOVE that they take reservations, the service is really good as well.

First time dining at this "hidden gem" and was not impressed. Atmosphere was decent. The booth they sat us in was so tight we had to move the table back and forth to just fit within the booth seats. It was ridiculously small seating. We were presented with four menus: drinks, entrees, sushi, and specials of the day. It was overwhelming. They left one of each for four people to share so ordering was inconvenient and took forever since we had to pass each menu around to decide between the multitude of offerings. One menu per couple would have been preferred. After ordering, the food came at odd times, not in unison of each other. An appetizer and soup were forgotten and only came after we asked and most meals had been delivered. One roll and one main dish was also forgotten. Sadly, one of our guests sat hungry while the rest of us ate and they waited for their forgotten food to arrive. It was all pit of order and incomplete. The server blamed the kitchen for "overlooking" the items, which I'm sure they just forgot to order. They did comp the one forgotten entree and provided a free dessert to our guest. Dessert was brought before they even finished their meal leaving the ice cream to melt while they did. Overall, the service and timing of meals were extremely disappointing. The food was decent. Presentation was nice. Most likely will not return based on the service alone. Really sad because I wanted to like this place after hearing how amazing it was.

By far the best sushi I've had in Colorado. Very fresh, very tasty. Excellent service. Our family has a new favorite.
