Amazing food and service. Currently the best restaurant at the Broadmoor

Summit Restaurant is a contemporary cuisine restaurant located across the street from the iconic Broadmoor Hotel. Operated by the Broadmoor, it features very cool decor, an elevated menu with extensive seasonal offerings, top notch cocktails, an impressive wireless and excellent service. We used to come frequently before thr pandemic and they were closed for an extended time. This was our first visit in 2+ years. For appetizers we had the Colorado Asparagus soup and the Summit Caesar. For entrees, we ordered the Wagyu Skewers and the Lamb. All of these were perfectly prepared and delicious. The star of the show was the chocolate dessert. Beautiful presentation as the chocolate "bomb" melted into a beautiful and amazing chocolate dream. A great evening! We were sad, however, that our all-time favorite Hanger Steak with Broadmoor fries is no longer on thr menu. We shed some tears over that ?After our fabulous dinner, we took a relaxed stroll around the hotel lake. Bliss ?

Always recommend the Summit to anyone visiting Colorado Springs and more specifically, The Broadmoor. Excellent service here. Everyone on staff has the best interest in helping you have a great experience. The food is great and what you would expect from a dining experience like this. My girlfriend and I celebrated a five-year anniversary recently and we went to the Summit since we’ve always had a great time there. We were full from our delicious meals and declined dessert, but our awesome server, Volt, insisted we not leave without a wonderful, custom anniversary dessert that was on him. We couldn’t believe it and were blown away by his kindness and generosity. The Summit at The Broadmoor has a forever customer.

$7.00 for a regular black coffee and they are nice enough to add a 20% service charge for you. No cash. This place is highway robbery

Superb dining experience. Top grade food, ambiance and service. It felt a little gauche to pull out my phone and snap a picture, after all they had just taken away the cowboy hat from my Wyoming guests because “hats were not (understandably) allowed”, so I didn’t want to risk my phone also!

I had reservations today at the summit and the food and service was good, one of the servers was explaining the new system and I had also seen that people were getting yelled at and treated unfairly. The food was great but I would recommend staying away for poor management as I felt bad for the lower employees. Absolutely ridiculous coming from a billion dollar company in matter of fact stay away from the Broadmoor completely

while the food was good, I was definitely underwhlemed by the portion size on my aglonotti dish compared to my friend's paella and then a chicken/rice dish (yes, different dishes but when I'm paying that price, it was underwhelming!). I would definitely recommend the profiteroles for dessert as well.

My husband and I dined at the Summit on April 14, 2022. We have dined at the Summit several times in our previous stays at the Broadmoor. I had the Imperial Salad which can best be described as a chopped salad with zero flavor. Needless to say, I did not finish it. My husband had the Caesar salad which he said was quite nice (1 point). I had the roasted chicken as an entree and my husband had the paella. The chicken looked appealing, but was bland at best. The scallops in my husband's entree were not fully cooked, thus we both left more on our plates than we actually consumed. I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant. If you want a good meal at a decent price in the Springs, go to Cowboy Star!

We had a lovely dinner at the Summit restaurant last night. We took advantage of the shuttle to the restaurant from the West building. We spent a few minutes in the lounge/bar area, waiting for our table to be ready. The bartender was quick to check on us to see if we wanted anything while we were waiting. As we got to our table, we checked the extensive wine/drink list; it is impressive! We ordered drinks and our main course, which ended up tasting fantastic. The service was great, on theme with the rest of the Broadmoor.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner, their customer service was great everyone wished guys a happy anniversary before we even said anything they already knew. the only negative thing that I can think of with the restaurant the cider we understood as complimentary but it was not. the prices were highboy I understand why, other than that the food there were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. the. braised pork belly just melted in my mouth it was sooo tender, we got the 5 course meal the servings were small but they were the perfect size for the 5 course meal. we walked away very full and pleased. this has to be the best restaurant I've ever been to. I high recommend this restaurant.
