Sugarplum Cake Shoppe has made me so many beautiful cakes for birthdays and other events. I get my daughter's cake from this bakery every year and am never disappointed. Every year we are impressed with the delicious art the baker makes for us.
Had some miscommunication when ordering cakes for my kids birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right! The cake was delicious and everyone at the party loved it. Design was simple and just what I asked for. Great cake shoppe ??
Sugarplum did an absolutely beautiful job with our wedding cake! From the initial tasting to designing to delivery, they were amazing, and our guests loved it. The bakery crafted the semi-naked design with succulents and fresh berries so well, and we wish we could've gotten to eat more! The mocha-flavored cake is to die for, and the chocolate ganache filling was on point. They also were so kind in accommodating us when we requested a small gluten-free option for guests, as well. You can't go wrong with Sugarplum!
We love this Bakery! We have used them multiple times, we have never had a bad experiance. These cakes are gorgeous, but more importantly they are sooooo DELICIOUS. I will never us another bakery. Thank you guys for making our memories so sweet!
Now this is a bakery!!! I put in an order, and with the many last minute details, the bakery not only made note of and kept up with, but delivered the exact cake I wanted and showed in pictures and the filling they made in layers of raspberry and lemon! The cake was fluffy and fresh and the whole thing is buttercream, and the best, and flavor requested, I have had in quite some time! We could not have been more thrilled with the cake. Plus, as a bonus, tried their key-lime/lemon bars and frosted sugar cookies, and no surprise, just as good as the cake! New bakery...found! Thank you Sugarplum, you saved the birthday and many more to come!
We were in town and looking for a last minute cake, sugarplum had just what we needed. Strawberry almond cake, unbeknownst to us, the colors of the cake were my moms wedding and birthday colors. It was perfect.

It was seriously the best cake I’ve had in a long time!!Everyone loved it and raved about it (not knowing it was gluten/dairy free lol)!From start to finish Sugarplum Cake Shoppe worked with me to ensure everything was perfect, if you are considering them for any event I HIGHLY recommend!
The folks at Sugarplum designed and made my wedding cake. It was absolutely stunning. The tasting, payment, acquisition (very big deal for our wedding day!) and ultimate enjoyment of our cake was a dream. I just had leftovers for breakfast and it was so good. I'm so thankful to them for being such a delightful part of our big day. I got married on a Sunday, when they're closed, so the cake had to be picked up on Saturday. They pre-packaged the toppings so we could add them right before the ceremony and helped us understand how to store a cake overnight with whipped cream frosting. It turned out perfectly. I highly recommend Sugarplum for all your tasty treat needs.
Went in for a tasting for a wedding cake and was so excited that we canceled our next tasting appt. Called Amanda next day to arrange deposit, book, and take off our "to do" list for our June Wedding. I was told she would get with me the following week. I should of taken this as a sign and suggest that you do. I have left several messages with staff and still have not had a return phone call from anyone in 3 weeks. This is not a good sign when trying to plan a special day like your daughters wedding. Run! So I did. Found another local bakery that was a pleasure to work with. Options are good.
Moved to Colorado recently and left our favorite cake shop behind! From the reviews I thought I had found another great shop but was disappointed in our order. The price was also double for what we are used to paying for a little cake. To start the writing I requested on the cake wasn't there, only a Happy Birthday. The cake itself is good but I requested a buttercream frosting, my husband's favorite! And it does not taste like buttercream, instead a cheap whip cream topping from the grocery store. He doesn't like his cake and what a bummer is that! After researching for a good place only to be disappointed and $50 dollars later.
