Friendly staff. Waited over 20mins in drive thru. Now I know why you only have a single line...no chance for escape. Prices are crazy!

Joey was super helpful. Offered to help a lady carry drinks to her car, communicated about my order, gladly got me an extra fork. Great customer service. My chai tasted perfect too.
Found the coolest water bottle here! I think it may be rare but either way, they have a great selection here so come here if youre looking to spend your stars! :D
The music was obnoxiously loud. I shouldn't have to yell to hear the person across from me at the table. I don't recommend sitting inside.

Probably the worst Starbucks employees! During the week my experience has been great but when I go on the weekend the employees are often rude, sometimes the lobby isn't open. I'm not sure what's wrong with this Starbucks but it's definitely my least preferred store as I normally go to the Starbucks off Baptist and everyone is so friendly at that Starbucks. I'll drive a extra 7 minutes for friendly customer service.

Out of everything regularly. No light roast, no dark roast, and no breakfast sandwiches today. Gets old.
