we came in at 8:55, and obviously i can understand being upset having to make drinks 5 minutes before closing but… this girl rolled her eyes at us, was rude and short, and slammed things. not only that, but after my friend was done ordering she sighed so loud i could hear it and i was a good 5-10 feet away. i understand being frustrated we came in 5 minutes before closing but what is this? really starbucks? maybe have a talk with your employees about being nice to people. she left in time too so idk why take it out on us. disappointed.
While the staff was very friendly it was a bit unprofessional to shut down the oven at 6:30 when the store closes at 9. I purchased a baked good and asked for it to be warmed up and was informed that they had already cleaned the oven so they wouldn’t be able to warm it up. The staff went on to explain that they only had 30 minutes to close so they had to clean the oven early.

Apparently this location won’t scan your barcode within your app to give you credit. The app is for Starbucks... not a specific location. Starbucks makes enough money, there is absolutely no reason for them to limit where you get credit on their app. If this is how it will be I will not buy from Starbucks and I for sure won’t be going to this location again. We already spend on outrageous amount for their coffee.
Here you go, I charred them!!! That’s what the barista came out and told me after they messed up making my pastries at this store for the 7th time. They don’t know what they are doing at this Starbucks, it’s easily the worst service in town of them all.
