Four times I've had to return to your store in the last 2 months because of half-filled lattes, I'm sure inflation hurts everyone but you can afford the 5 oz of milk.
Last week I ordered a drink with soy milk. I have a horrible dairy allergy and cannot consume regular milk. They added whole milk and I got violently ill. I didn’t mention this and figured I’d give them another try. I went in this morning and got to work before taking my first sip and came to find it was whole milk again. I tried calling the location multiple times and got no answer. Please take these requests seriously-some of us cannot physically digest dairy.
Get the same quality service for walk-in, drive thru, and order ahead. It's a popular store for the local morning commute, so the drive thru line gets a little longer from ~7:30-8:30am.
This place is so darn friendly!!!!! There may always be a line but every time I am there they fly through that line!!!

Every time I go to this Starbucks, my drink is ALWAYS wrong! Not sure why it's so difficult.. it's not even a complicated drink.. too many chances given, will not be going back.
