I love this location. The staff is always friendly and my drinks are always perfect! I go out of my way just to come to this Starbucks because of the great customer service!
I’m not sure if I should blame the employees for their bad attitudes or maybe cut them some slack because they have bad customers. But for some reason this location has many employees that must hate their jobs.
I come here often to tutor and just need at chai latte to get through a 9pm session. Always friendly!
I get tired of ordering an iced coffee with an add shot and cream to have the same pompous male barista inform me that iced coffee already comes with classic but do I need cream. Please listen to my order and spare me the information I didn’t ask for. I don’t know what it is about this location but it might be worth driving up to Stetson hills at this point. #everytime
I went in to order a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I paid using part of a gift card and the remaining balance on my debit card. It did not give me an option to tip so I asked the cashier, Leah, for change for my $10. She turned around, asked for keys and said, "She's special" in a snotty tone. I asked her when she turned back to me if I had heard her correctly and she said yes. I told her I was asking for change to leave a tip...and like a dummy, I proceeded to tip for the insulting service I received. I will never return to this store that is less than .5 miles from my house.
Service was excellent., however, a beverage, offered on their menu was unavailable because the store did not have all the necessary ingredients. I love Starbucks, but I expect a certain level of satisfaction. It's like going to McDonald's and you can't get ftench fries.?
If you ever went to the downtown Starbucks, you'll remember how incredible the staff was. I was heartbroken when I saw they shut down that location, but was consoled when I found many of them here on Barnes! Jeni and Rawb are so amazing and this location is lucky to have them!

This is a great shop. Know most of the day employees there the best.
Great with a gift card someone gave to us. Otherwise really expensive for what you get. But hey, it's what the market will bear.
