Every time we come here they mess up my drink. They mess up the size of the drink refused to fix. The put regular milk over oatmilk. They make me pay to fix their mistake. Will drive the extra miles for a better Starbucks. Would give -1 for the horrible staff attitudes when I asked them to make sure it was oatmilk..
The 3rd time came to Starbucks this over drive to the one on garden of the god. They can’t seem to get my Coffee order right. I tell them I want Oatmilk and Venit ice coffee. When its given to me was Gr, with regular milk. When I told them it was wrong she was super rude about it. Refused to fix my order again. I took my order and my app to the other store and showed them it was made wrong they were more then willing to fix it. This used to be the best Starbucks around here. However the last few months it has gone down hill especially going in the late afternoon. Super disappointed in them. Will drive to other store. Super disappointed as this was my favorite place.
This place has had to make “fresh coffee” for me several times. Then, the little fellow behind the register told me it was to assure “fresh coffee”. Just make the coffee. Ha ha ha.
Grab coffees to go this morning a little bit before 7am and the view on Pikes Peak from the drive through was amazing! Very nice staff.
Got a mocha cookie crumble and Carmel frap and both tasted nasty no flavor just milk and wiped cream. I don't know who's making the drinks now but he needs work like a metric ton because today was straight garbage
It's been a while since I actually went in to a Starbucks but recently I did. So I asked about the promotional code on the table actually a couple times and the girl behind the counter acted like she didn't even hear me at all. I know she had to because I asked more than once before she the other girl stepped in.So I love plants probably more than most people but for the life of me I don't know why they had the plants so close to the syrup on the counter I couldn't help but notice that there was a thick build up of surup on the geranium leaves and everything. Poor lil plant. Idk. Just the fact that she snubbed my question about the offer and chose to blantantly ignore my enquiry was just rude. She acted like I wasn't even there until the other girl she was working with seemed to look at her and look at me as if to say... "Are you going to take her order??"
Kudos that the wait time is short. But this is partially why - every time I go to Starbucks (not only this location, but this is my primary spot due to my commute) - I get 2-3 solid inches of foam for a latte. I have to ask for more steamed milk every time. You can tell as soon as you pick up the cup that it's made up of 1/3 foam. Frustrating. They're either going too fast or their training needs some focus.
Unfortunately, this has happened multiple times at this location and it happened again. I get home, go to take a sip of my coffee and its half empty. I order a grande yet the liquid is more for a tall.Today, my husband got us some coffees and what a surprise, the cups are not full....
How does a coffee place mess up a coffee? I ordered one thing - an Americano with light cream. I got a hot water with a splash of coffee and a lot of cream. Worst coffee ever!Aside from that, the service was good.
