This Starbucks is definitely the best location in the springs. The workers are so nice and all of them have the best conversations sometimes. I’ve had very few issues with ordering, and most of them were due to issues with the app. The parking lot always gets busy on sundays because of the church right next door, but the lines usually go fast anyway
I wish I would have noticed the red-haired lady's name at this location. She is the best person to greet customers at the line...... My except was greater than my drink order total because she was amazing.
This is a Starbucks. It has coffee. It specializes in coffee. It also has food. Food is not coffee. This place is for coffee. Just like all the others. You get coffee here. It's good enough to drink
Had the pleasure of meeting Brenda at the window this morning and boy was she a delight first thing in the morning, your awesome Brenda. Great attitude, and customer service hope we meet again and this Starbucks will and has been my go to store, I'll be back.Robert,autozone!!!!
They added a disrespectful amount of caramel in my I couldn’t even drink it was disgusting.
I got a pink drink, and it was amazing. Along with that, the customer service from the person with long hair and a stubble was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed to give a good review.
Product is constantly out of stock and not because of national shortages as all surrounding stores have it, customer service is lacking and there is always a longer than necessary wait whether you order ahead or not. I won't spend my money at this location.
They decide to close early everyday at different times, so there’s no set schedule. Today it closed at 4, but yesterday the sign said closing at 6pm daily. This has been going on for weeks. not sure why, otherwise, great location with kind workers.
I ordered a drink with light ice because I have way too often gotten cups literally 3/4 full of ice unless I ask for light ice. Several times I’ve ordered the a grande and it’s been gone in less than 10 sips.The person at the window basically told me they wouldn’t do light ice next time because the drink is “ice based” and did not believe me when I said they always give EXTRA ice unless I specify I want light ice. Super rude and stingy. Starbucks is all about giving you the least amount of product for the highest possible cost. Extremely bad service and I am now rethinking spending my money on Starbucks at all moving forward. Also extremely disappointed in the employee not believing me when I was telling him the truth. Will not be returning.
