The actual service here is pretty great. The workers are wonderful, the orders are always right, and the place is super clean. The only issue I have is that the design of the building and the shape of the parking lot are absolutely terrible. The parking spots are so tiny, and the drive thru line takes up most of the actual parking lot so it’s impossible to get in or leave during rush hour
85 percent of the time my drink is not right I get the same thing every time and it’s always different. Every time I go to another location is perfect. The amount of money my husband and I spend here you think it would be right. This time I’m Writing a review because I got something different. (For this location, I’ve had it at others) When my husband handed it to me I noticed it was light so I opened the lid and it was only 3 quarters of the way full. It’s frustrating, especially when we come here so often and with the prices going up. Now I’m not even getting a full cup of coffee? And it’s bitter it barely taste like there is any Hazelnut syrup in it. Please fix this.
If you like being completely ignored by the staff, go here. Five people behind the counter, three looked at me when I walked to the pickup area for my mobile order. Not a single one offered any greeting. After a minute of bring ignored I had to flag one down to hand me my drink, which was sitting by the drive thru. I’m in this store a few times a month and this is the norm.
I don't come to this location as often as others, but every time I do they mess up my order. Today I ordered a hot Venti Mocha with 3 pumps of dark caramel syrup(usually how I order it). I also asked them to make sure to put whip(the lady over the speaker assured me they would and usually do). The second I pulled out of the driveway I took a sip. My drink was very bitter, I figured maybe they didn't stir it. My drink was also cold. When I got to work I grabbed a spoon to try and stir in the syrup that I thought would be there, but after stirring and even switching my drink to another cup there was zero syrup. And there was no whip :(
Favorite place, after my own home, to get a Coffee. At home is still the best!!! We have a Ninja Coffee Maker that we brew our choice of Starbucks Coffee's. But it is the Toroni Syrup we add, the Flavored Almond/Soy Starbucks Creamers we foam up & the Toroni Sauce we decorate the Foam with that make the biggest difference using our Ninja Coffee Maker!!!!
Super fast. Order was perfect. The woman who took my drive-thru order and gave me my Americano was friendly and efficient. Bonus points for the view of Pike's Peak when leaving ❤

I ordered drive thru pick up last minute bc of my flight and the cashier said give them time to make the drink so it’s easier for them. Like I’m paying right? And you’re working for a reason. The audacity
I don't know who made my white chocolate mocha this morning, but if I wanted hot milk I could have done that myself at home ☹ I go to Starbucks like once a month, so it sucks that 50% of the time they make my drink wrong. Maybe because I'm not a repeat daily customer?
This is my favorite Starbucks. I live in Denver but meet my Pueblo daughter in Springs for lunch. I love this Starbucks bc it is roomy and the drinks are prepared perfect everytime.
